I liked it at first but during one of their sessions, I slipped and fell on their new floors and fractured my arm which had to be reset surgically. What I experienced that no one called from the studio to find out how I was. I had to call in and tell them to keep membership on hold and not charge me because I was unable to attend. Shortly after I recovered, 9 weeks later, I decided to cancel the membership and they charged for cancellation despite the fact that I fell and hurt myself in their studio

I hate working out but Curves makes the process as bearable as possible. The machines are easy to use and the staff is always available to help. The hours are great and the location is perfect for me. With two little ones at home it’s hard to find time to work out but Curves has kept me busy. Special thanks to Maci!
