We have been going the same Dentist office for the last 20+ years. We moved to the Sacramento /​Elk Grove area several years ago, and still DRIVE TO SAN JOSE for all out dental need… This is a family office with the Mother running the office, (Father has retired), the son and daughter do the dental work… There work is fantastic, and you could not find better skilled and caring people. The review written last year by Donny must have a complex about people using Government programs. We use insurance from a government program and Thank the Lord that I can. I do have to pay co-​payment for service rendered. The Mother /​office Manager has ALWAYS been kind and very helpful with all the paperwork that is required, plus also making a payment plan to assist us getting all the work needed done. He must think that they should get EVERYTHING free, but that is not the way the world works.
I am in my 70’s, wife in late 60’s, and think the whole family is SUPER.
MATTER OF FACT: My daughter and family (4 children) also drive from West Sacramento to San Jose for all their dental needs… We all highly recommend them for ALL DENTAL NEEDS,

The Doctors perform mediocre work, nothing great. My parents (who are in their 70’s and retired) had to come back multiple times to get their work corrected.
The bigger issue is the front desk woman, who I believe is the doctor’s mother. She’s extremely rude and appears to look down upon anyone paying for their procedures with government assistance. She even demanded that we start paying an additional $ 50 for every revisit which we agreed upon, however shun us away once we asked for a receipt and did not take our payment.
Poor business ethics.
