Drew has helped me on numerous occasions. Fortunately, I haven’t had to use him in years, but when the time comes, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. We had my father’s funeral at Oak Hill in San Jose — absolutely ripped off. A good friend referred me to Cunningham’s when my mother died — at least 1⁄6th of the expense & much more personal. Don’t go anywhere else.

I found Cunningham’s to be easy to work with. This is the first time I had to do this and had no idea what to expect. We wern’t in a big rush because we had 5 weeks between time of death and the memorial but anytime I had a question I could call and my questions were answered right away. I hope I don’t have to do this again but if I do I know where I will go.

The company is unprofessional and seems to not take the fact that you are trusting them with you loved one seriously. They «try» to help but have a lack of communication. Perhaps we caught them on an off two weeks but being up front and open with what will actually happen is preferred as opposed to saying that they didn’t receive certain paperwork.

Drew, the owner, was reliable, professional, knowledgeable and offered affordable pricing for cremation services. He was courteous and respectful of our situation both times we used his services. He also personally delivered the ashes to our home. Who does that these days?
