All of these bad reviews are bogus, the rules in this class are outlined CLEARLY, and as long as you are truthful and open and respectful, there should be no issues between you and the instructor.
The instructor, who i will not say the persons name due to respect for someones privacy and identity, saved my life.
I came into this class, completely blaming my victim, saying «they did this» or «they did that» or «i was the victim» and quickly i learned, regardless of anything close or far to that, that the main reason i was there, was because of what I did, and as time progressed i realized, «omg, i am this abusive person» and it hurt me to realize that, which i kinda think is why so many people are so disrespectful to the instructor because they don’t want to admit or face who they really are, and the instructor is supposed to help you realize what you do and did is abusive, to help you!!!
There is never an excuse to make any kind of harm towards anybody, ever. Before this class, i was headed towards an extremely self-​destructive path that i couldn’t see, and didn’t believe i was headed down, but after I focused on my treatment towards others, and opening my mind to admitting and realizing that I am a domestic abuser, then i was able to re-​learn how to live respectfully and appropriately.
This instructor, gave me hope where i saw none, gave me motivation when i had none, and gave me that extra push when i needed it. This class helped my life in all aspects, i am so glad i picked this place and actually got some help, people in the class often talk about how in the other classes you just sit around and chit chat and don’t get anywhere in depth to the way that this place does, and i am so grateful i luckily got some real help.
My relationship between my mother has improved, after a history of years of not talking to each other, my relationship with my partner (non-​victim) is better, this class gives you the tool to be able to notice opportunities, where once you would act aggressive, you could turn it into a positive or a non-​violent non-​put down your partner way of communicating and thinking. Basically, change your thoughts, be respectful. It is easier said then done for most but to be able to learn and use and apply the tools this class gives you for your life, to me, is priceless. People complain about the pricing but don’t realize to go and seek the kind of help this class gives would cost twice as much if not more. The instructor is not there to hurt you or put you down, they are there to HELP. If people could just realize this and stop the denial and blame game, trust me, you would be so grateful that you did.
I fear what my future could have been if i did not come here. Now after all this being said, i am not here to say i’m perfect or «fixed» as people would say, but i now have the tools and equipment necessary to be respectful, be calm and recollect healthy positive thoughts that then change my actions to improve my life, and i am so much better because of it.
I highly recommend this place, it has been a life changer for me, and for that, i will always be grateful of this.

I just had the worst experience with this lady Micah Fuller. This lady kicked me out because I said that its ok to be wrong. We are human and its normal to be wrong once in awhile. She got so defensive and booted me out. This lady has a history of making people feel so uncomfortable and so upset that people have no choice but to endure the disrespect that this lady dishes out like thats going to fix any problems that people are having. This job isn’t for her. My sister called and asked about what happen and why I got kicked out of the class. Micah gave my sister, who she never met, the same treatment she pretty much gave all her clients which was a shitty attitude.
Micah fuller acts like a straight three year old and everyone should avoid her at all cost.
People!!! You risk being kicked out of class if you say something wrong to her and you lose the money for the class you paid for in minutes. Most importantly, your mental health will worsen if you deal with her. Trust me, I’m a vet. I have had some traumatic experiences in the army serving overseas twice and she knew about my PTSD and still treated me like scum. Read all the reviews about this fucked up person. In her profile under her ethnicity it says (white) non-​Hispanic. What importance does that last part have? None other than other people might think she might be prejudice because that’s what I got from that. Anyway, that just helps describe the kind of person she really might be.
It’s clear she likes money a lot and that’s the only reason why she’s there. It’s a good scam. She picks and chooses who she helps and that is very obvious. People with mental health problems should be helped and not booted because of some silly disagreement. Don’t get your services here.

I have been patiently waiting until i graduated from this course to write this review, this place is horrible! Do not waste your time, money, and well being by coming here.
It all began this summer when I got into a fight with my cousin who decided to press charges against me. In court the DA decides to drop the charges but orders me to attend a 16 week anger and accountability program. Being in a tough financial situation, i look for the cheapest one in closest proximity to my house. Little did i know this would be the worst decision i could possibly make.
To begin with the lack of professionalism of CPI they have a «sliding scale» system based on the financial ability of the student. Upon my first intake it was deemed that I should pay $ 25 per session, which i thought reasonable as I was unemployed at the time (and remained throughout the course). In subsequent classes I was asked personal questions about my parents, their income, their purchase history. My class fee than increased from $ 25 a session to $ 45 (80% increase). It did not make sense to me why my parents income would have any bearing on my class fees. I have been financially independent of my parents since i was 18 and feel that the increase in my fees showed complete disregard of professionalism. The sad part is I could not argue or pay any less than what they asked, as if they were some sort of mafia.
Without disclosing any of the material learned in class, if any, I will have to warn any prospective student that this class teaches you NOTHING about controlling your anger or managing it. The teachers are rude, lack empathy, and seem to love their position of authority. I have never taken a class without knowing the merit of the professor/​teacher, I politely asked the instructor one day where she went to school and she replied, «there are no questions after class». I have never met anyone so defensive when asked about their qualifications.
I was personally offended when the instructor asked several personal questions about a medical condition of mine (in front of the entire class). I didn’t understand the correlation between that and anger management, and to me it just further showed the lack of professionalism on the programs part.
It is clear that this program wont last too long. In the beginning of my 16 weeks the class was full, by the end numbers were falling drastically, two instructors were reduced to one due to lack of enrollment.
There are a couple of negative reviews on Google about CPI. On my final session i asked the instructor about these reviews and she insisted that these were from students who dropped out or have had issues with the class. For the record I participated, was attentive in every session, helped classmates, ultimately passed the class, and will say this class is not worth a second of your time.
Save your time, money, and dignity and choose another anger and accountability course if given the option.
