She’s phenomenal! There’s many things I love about her as a hairstylist, she actually takes her time and listen attentively to my concerns. I mean, What more can you ask for? I been to other places and they didn’t do a nice ombré like she did. With her technique, my hair turned out exactly the way I want it. I usually come back to get my hair lighten up every now and then.

Ivory’s Review
My review is just for Ivory’s hair extensions service. I had a really bad experience. I have a shoulder length a line cut. She offered me a «discounted» price of $ 350 for the micro link hair extensions. When I went to her house, she said «Oh I didn’t know your hair was this short, I thought it was longer. I never did anyone with hair this short.» I should’ve took it was a sign a left. But I trusted her with my hair because I thought knew was she was doing. 30 minutes into doing my hair, she ran out of extensions, so she had to go to get more. I was left at her house for 30 minutes with her nieces and nephews, anyways she came back and continued. She curled my hair when she was «done,» and told me that my hair would expand after I washed it and that it would be fuller. That was definitely a lie. After I washed it, and dried it I realized there was not enough hair in the front so it looked like I had a tail growing in the back. I texted her telling her that I need more hair!!! Went back to her house the next day, and she added more. Went home, and realized she put the tips of the extensions sloppily so it irritated my scalp. Texted her to tell her, went back to her house and she snipped the tips (which ruins and causes the hair extensions to fall apart). Went back home and one by one each day a few would fall out (she told me they could last up to two months). She told me to go back and she will re-​do it. (All this happened within 1 week and I went back to her house 4 times). I had asked for a refund, because I felt like I was her guinea pig and she didn’t know what the heck she was doing. It was such an unprofessional and sloppy job. She said «unfortunately I can“t» because I had worn and washed my hair. Well thanks for stating the Obvious!!! …So I went back for the 5^th time (because I didnt want to waste $ 350) showed her pictures asking her to please align the tips neatly and section out the hair just in the photos. She put in some hairs too tight that in pulled out a lot of my hair from the roots and irritated my scalp.
I just hate feeling lied to and ripped off.
