Cleaner’s Connection

Been using this cleaners for the 2 years since I moved in. Great service and will get a rush job done overnight when needed. Best factor for me is that they pick and deliver to my house for no extra charge twice a week (Tues and Friday). Will be leaving the area and wish they’d drive 30 miles to my new residence. I am sure I will probably be driving to them in the future on a weekly business.

My husband came in and dropped his pants off and when he picked them up and got home, he got someone else’s pants. They were WAY to big! He dropped his new pants and dress shirt off this week, he went in to get them today and they told him they didn’t want to do them because they didn’t want any problems. We are assuming because they lost his pants last time. HOWEVER, no one called him to tell them they would not accept his clothes or launder them. He needed them for a wedding this weekend and now, he has nothing. NEVER EVER EVER again will we use this place. Shame on you for not calling so that he could try another cleaner. BAD BUSINESS!

Great cleaners! Right down the street from my house, so the convenience factor is huge, and it was only a 3-​day turnaround for my dress! They were able to get the red wine out of my white dress like it was nothing, and the price was great! Definitely will be a repeat customer.

I love coming here for my dry cleaning because it’s fast and the prices are great. It also helps that the staff here are super nice. Oh yeah, big fan of the free clothes hangers too. You can never have too many of those.

I’ve used many different cleaners for many years and so I’m pretty picky. I typically bring in my dress shirts and slacks for regular cleaning every couple weeks. I have been going to Cleaner’s Connection for about three years now and I have never had a problem. Prices are extremely reasonable and they can even do minor alterations if needed (hemming, buttons etc).
They don’t stamp or tag your clothes with your name like other cleaners sometimes do. One of my biggest pet peeves is the use of ink stamps or semi-​permanent tags on the inside of the collar or the bottom edge of the shirt to mark the customers name. Seems like a silly thing perhaps but over time the ink begins to run and it sucks having to take the tags off. Cleaner’s Connection only uses the regular pinned on paper tags when marking the customers name/​info.

This neighborhood cleaners is great because its so fast and efficient, plus the customer service is superb. I highly recommend them to anyone. I go there at least twice a month if not more and they give me a preferred customer discount, a great way to show customer appreciation. The service is flawless, my clothes always come back beautifully cleaned and pressed, I have never had any problems or complaints. I’ve converted five of my friends to this location and they are all equally satisfied. Please check them out. They even offer delivery services!
