Got 3 patio doors and 10 windows replaced. They finished the job within a day.
No stress, Good price and efficient service.

I wouldn’t recommend them even though the work was ⁶⁄₁₀. Overall happy with work. NOT super great, just adequate. I got the Plygem 3 ply with the. Love the windows, will get Plygem 3 ply again and again! Whoohoo! Here’s the breakdown on the work. Stucco work and patch work inside house was really subpar. Left place inside ³⁄₁₀ clean. Took 2 more days than expected. Didn’t put up clean barriers. Very late. French Door has trouble locking. Inadequate trim. Subcontractor for stucco did I worse job than I did and took forever. That was the work. The price was a same as other contractors, until the bill. Got slammed with contractor fees. Didn’t have that in contract, surprise bill in the end! Paid about $ 1,500 extra for $ 6,200 windows. The other contractors had all work in their contract. Felt very cheated. But like I said, we were very happy with the 3 pane windows! About 8 months later our window was broken, called Jacek for repairs. We were expecting that it may cost some money, but figured it would be easier for the contractors who put the windows together to do the repair. Jacek just didn’t answer! Tried calling, emailing all the contacts I had on him. NOTHING! We eventually went with another company to replace windows, I guest it wasn’t that hard, cost $ 400 total. Jacek did eventually email back. He said he will put a claim through with Plygem to get window replaced. It’s been about 2 months later and Jacek and once again fallen off the face of the earth.
Moral of the story, get Plygem 3 pane windows. Stay away from Jacek and California Window Masters. Or at least be smarter about the contract than I was.

Had my windows and patio door installed last month! Great business! Fast instal! Easy to do business with! Installers were very clean, professional, quick and courteous.

I needed new windows and boy are there a lot of companies that offer this service. I found Jacek who is a previous owner of a window manufacturing business and he has so much knowledge about what windows are needed and why. He was great. He measured, I ordered and he had them installed. The people he sent to install them were also very knowledgeable, they were really expert in the installation process and they did the whole installation in one day.
With so many people to choose from, I would recommend Jacek at this company to anyone who wants to replace their windows… he is very nice to deal with.

As an owner of a 12 unit apartment building in Oakland that looks out over lake Merritt, I wanted gorgeous windows to match the view. Jacek managed the project and made sure I was pleased with the end result. He was extremely fair on the pricing and contentious about local ordinances that required an upgrade on the type of window installed. Plus, he is a very kind person who is a pleasure to work with. Peter, the installation supervisor, led the charge of installing 96 windows with very little disturbance to my residents. His guys were very efficient, detail-​oriented and cleaned up after themselves. Bottom line, they did a great job and I recommend this company for commercial window installations.
