These guys wont respond to any calls, voice mails.
They never respond to your emails!
I have been trying to get my laptop repaired under warranty but they never responded to my calls/​emails.
Looks like they are not interested in new customers.

This review is only for their warranty service (which costs $ 0). Can’t say anything about their paid services.
Keyboard went out on my Fujitsu Laptop during the warranty period and I was referred to this company by Fujitsu’s warranty service.
I contacted them and they ordered a new keyboard. Told me it would arrive in a couple days and I scheduled a time to bring my laptop in a couple days after.
Went today and was in and out in 20 minutes. Overall, I’m very happy with them.
Also, they moved from 712 Charcot to 726 Charcot. Fujitsu gave me the old address but a quick phone call cleared things up.
