The best customer service, never rushed to get me off the phone when I had questions. They also carry a ton of products to choose from.

First off, my new year started pretty rough. I have found my bike vandalized, stripped and pissed the truck off. I contacted San Jose Harley but unable to repair my bike for a few weeks, boo. So I contacted a few other bike shops and mostly all would take a week or more. What was I to do? I heard about byrd coop and the owner so he would immediately take it in and house my poor motorcycle. My 2013 FLTRX has been house inside byrd coop for about 2 weeks. The shop owner keeps me updated via text and photos with the repairs made on my baby. So far so good, I’ll write another review once I complete a final inspection.

Was shopping for Thunderheaders and would rather support local shops vs. online. BCC came back with a competitive price. Order was delayed due to Thunderheader company being closed for the holidays but he did a great job following up with them and keeping me posted.
