Used to be run-​down but now it’s alright. The guy that works the register is knowledgeable but not helpful. Wants to sell you something right quick and then get back to his seat in the back of the store. Prices for starbuzz and fumari is average and they have a pretty good selection.

I have gone to this shop a few times to buy vape juice. I tried a new brand last night. When I pit it in my bag the whole bottle spilled out. I checked the seal and realized it did not hold a seal. After spending an hour cleaning everything off, and having a now fruit loop oily bag I went back to the store. When I explained what happened to him he said «well you shouldn’t have let it fall on its side. no refunds» really it was like $ 15. I didnt care about the cost. I just felt cheated from a defective product. I WILL NOT GO THERE AGAIN.

Bought a stink sack or whatever they’re called. Got home, the plastic zip had come apart. Hadn’t used it yet. Went back. «Sorry man, everything is typed in a computer. Can’t return anything.» SERIOUSLY? A Baggie that was defective when purchased. Never come here again.

There prices on their Starbuzz products are pretty legit. Homeboy who works at night was super helpful to get me started off on the right path with the in’s n out’s of my hookah sessions. Pretty neat shop… esp if your going for hookah stuff. I have yet to see a better selection of Starbuzz anywhere else.

This place is my go to place for everything! I used to live down the street so that’s how I first came across Buzz Smoke Shop. Now that I have moved about 4 miles away I still pass Monsters of Rock and a bunch of other smoke shops just to come here. The owner is super friendly and always is helpful. He was very knowledgeable about his products and they worked like a charm every time. Def worth checkin out.

I love this place! The owner is a really nice guy once you get to know him. He knows me now and every time I’m in there its a blast. I got a tangiers rep coming next weekend to sample some stuff with him. Buzz all the way!

I dont know why this place has such a low rating. I have been here twice and both times were pleasant experiences. The main guy that works there hooks me up with a deal every time i go in. Sure they may not have the super nice expensive stuff, but their prices on the pieces they do carry are extremely competitive with any other spot in SJ. One of the pieces I bought had a tiny crack on the bowl, and the owner gave me another bowl for free, and let me keep the original, which still works perfectly. Good prices, good service, and very convenient. Cant ask for more
