Walked in at 6:55pm («OPEN» neon sign still on) rudely told me they are closed ! Yuck. She was rushing to get out of store by 7:00pm. These people with 5 stars rating on this place must getting deep discount by this place. I will never stop by here. Done

This store always has the color I need for my hair. Believe me, for me that is more than enough. The staff is friendly and helpful, and for a small store, I think that it is more than adequate if you are looking for hair color. It is much nicer and more convenient to go to a Beauty Supply that doesn’t stock their shelves with empty boxes.

I love this place! Always have what I need when I go in. I always receive great advice and help while there also! Today I went in to grab supplies to take off my acyrilics and help my nails get back to their natural potential. I wasn’t «sold» on anything unnecessary. I knew what I had in mind and when I mentioned it to the woman working she told me exactly what I needed, nothing more. There are quality products at an affordable price at this neighborhood shop!

Close to home, which is a huge plus! They carry many different brands of hair, nail, and waxing products. Also, I’ve found their Pureology shampoo to be the cheaper than anywhere else ($ 27). Another plus is when you spend $ 110 you get $ 10 off your next purchase and we all know that with beauty supplies it’s easy to spend that much!

It’s a tiny shop with ALOT of stock so you should have a basic idea of what you’re going in for or it’s overwhelming, and during the summer, hot as the A/​C is non-​existent or never on. A complaint for this shopper. The staff are college age girls that one would expect to work in one of these stores. When I was in college I worked in one too and the staff trys many of the products but at that age no one is a rocket scientist. Hair products don’t really require that sort of knowledge.
Upside is that they do have alot of product lines to choose from and it’s quick getting in and out. If you live in Almaden, it’s a blessing it’s there or it’s Pantene from Safeway as the next beauty supply store is who knows where.

Salon products and lots of ‘em! It helps to know what you want when you come in. You can get good deals on salon quality products but I find that the people who work here are not extremely knowledgeable themselves. They can point you to the brands, but not necessarily make recommendations abut the products themselves.
This shop is kinda’ tiny so they don’t have a lot of other things here. I tried to buy a comb last time I was in and they really didn’t have much to choose from.
Pluses for me are that they are close to where I live and they give out frequent buyer’s cards. Since I have to buy all of this shampoo and stuff anyway (the more you buy, the more beautiful you will be??), then this is a good deal. It’s nice to come and get that $ 10 off on a future purchase.
