Okay, so I’ll be the first to review this place apparently.
A few years ago (I’m talking like. 5 years ago!) My uncle went here and successfully opened a Verizon account with these people and things went smoothly.
On Friday of last week we went in to check out the prices, it wasn’t that bad but the guy there (I believe his name is Minh?) told us he wasn’t able to transfer our number over if we opened a new contract when Verizon had previously told us we could. Hmph, whatever though, it’s not that big of a deal.
So on Saturday we called him and told him what phones we wanted and he called us back with the prices but we still weren’t sure, on Sunday we made up our mind and called him to let him know. He said he would have the phones by the next day and to come in then to open the contract. Wellllllll, we called him the next day and he told us he’d call us back. He called us back and told us he’d have the phone for us the NEXT day. So then. on Tuesday we called and a woman picks up the phone and tells us that Minh is on his way to pick up the phones, we say okay fine. Call us when he gets back. We did not receive one single phone call from them! &It is now Thursday morning, still nothing.
Is this how you guys run your business? Making people wait? Do you not want our money? Or…
