Some of the rudest people I have ever had the displeasure of hiring. I called to reschedule my appointment and when I didn’t answer the dispatchers question to his satisfaction he hung up on me and wouldn’t answer the phone for 2 hours. When I called back from another phone they answered right away and then once I told them who I was they hung up again. NEVER use this company if customer service is important to you!!!

Got a living social voucher from them. Called 4 times. Left two messages without a call back. Then twice I actually got someone and they said a driver would call me back. That did not happen. After trying to contact them for over a week I finally just got a refund from living social.

Great service from this company. The knows they stuff and is happy to share knowledge and recommendations. I asked the technician do our kitchen, hall and bathroom floors, which are wood laminates and he advised against spending money on that, as the flooring is designed to be hand mopped and doesn’t need professional cleaning. Bay pros carpet .‘Would I use service again? YES. Would I recommend to a friend: YES.
