If I could rate this zero stars, I would. This has to be the worse service I’ve ever had in my life. I walked in and there were three girls behind the counter. One helping someone, two doing nothing. One girl made eye contact with me, I had to say hello and she looked away and started talking to her coworker. I even waited for her to recover. Nope. Nothing. I was so embarrassed and upset that I didn’t want anything. My sister actually told them, my sister said hi to you and you ignored her. This has to be the worst service ever, next time actually help your customers. She said I will. Nobody else said anything. She didn’t even say sorry to us.

I’ve always come to this store for birthday cakes, but I’m very disappointed this time. The lettering on the cake was badly done, but that’s not the worse. The cashier tried to hide it from me until after I have paid for it. I was a little suspicious because they always showed me the cake to ask if it was ok, but not this time. I mentioned how badly it was done and all she said was«Oh! Sorry…» Not sure if I’ll get my cake here again.

I always love their ice cream. Me and my moms bdays are a week apart so we went together to get our free scoop. We went in said we wanted one scoop of our desired scoop. We went to pay and she said oh wait this is only for a kids scoop. So my mom said ok we can switch. They took our scoops out and put it in a kids scoop. Put the extra in the trash. What a waist! Bad customer service.

Ordered the Crème Brulee ice cream. It is terrible. Tastes burnt. I told the girl that I didn’t like it and asked for a different flavor. She said no that I could have tasted it first. I have never had an ice cream that I didn’t like before and I normally love crème brûlée. After spending over $ 16 on ice cream, I wasn’t about to buy myself another one.

The ice cream was really good but the customer service was horrible! There were 2 girls on their phones behind the counter and talking to each other. One employee only acknowledge me & was doing all the work and helping the customers. I didn’t realize this is the type of kids employers are hiring these days. What a let down.

Parnia, thank you for giving us excellent customer service and accommodating to our custom requests. My pregnant wifr wanted waffle cone real bad and you found a way to make it happen for her. You just made our day.

I have been coming to this location for years, and my favorite flavors at the moment are burgundy cherry and peanut butter chocolate. That being said, I have noticed the size of the scoops has shrunk considerably over the years. I came here a couple of days ago for the 2 scoops for 2 dollars promo, and the 2 scoops together looked to be the size of what one scoop used to be here. I would have been really ticked off if I had paid full price for this. Chocolate fudge was very good, however.

If your looking for a sugar fix. Baskin Robbins next to Trader Joes off Almaden Expwy and Blossom Hill Rd is your stop. Easy parking up here. They have a large selection are hardly ever that busy and you can be in and out very quickly. Whether you want it in a cup, sundae or a cone they will fix you up right 4 stars

Just like all of them, nothing real special anymore, it’s just all the same. I like Baskin Robbins and I like it even more when I have a coupon to use. The ice cream man was fairly happy and pleasant. I don’t know what else to write because baskin robbins is all the same like all the other ones out there.

I love this place. I have been here twice. First time I called in and asked if they had a gallon of World’s Famous Chocolate available and they did. I let them know that I was in a hurry. Went to pick it up, they pulled it out for me while helping other people. Handed them cash with a generous tip. Second time, was after lunch we decided to walk to Baskin Robbins and enjoy the ice cream. There was 3 kids asking to try all the ice cream and the young lady saw my friend and I walked in. The person in the back came out and helped us right away with a scoop of the thin mints and world famous chocolate. Great service both times.

What else can I say other than that I saw the employees, when the bunch of bananas weren’t quite ripe for shakes, go next door to Trader Joe’s and buy a fresh bunch for customers. Late at night, I can imagine a lot of places would have just said«Sorry, we’re out of that product» but they took advantage of their location and made it happen. They’re also always friendly, and seem to take extra care with small children, addressing the kids directly, which I can remember as a kid was always a plus.

Went here on 07÷16÷12 to buy milkshakes for me and my girlfriend. Matt, the retard freshman high schooler, has no clue how to make a milkshake or provide good customer service. We felt neglected because he seemed to be more interested in entertaining his family rather his customers. Matt also seems to think that looking at our milkshake cup half full was fun because he stiffed us both a good portion of what was supposed to be a «medium» sized shake. 3 stars cause its Baskin Robbins, good ice cream as always, but please hire some people that can serve it up fast, not a teen that looks clueless and more about having fun instead of making an honest buck. The little asian girl working with him seemed to be on point, hustling around taking more orders then Matt did. Matt also rolled his eyes when we asked to make our 2nd shake.

We went in yesterday and there were 3 people working and no other customers. Maybe that’s why we got such great service. Two of the people working each focused on one of my children while the third took care of me. Excellent service!!! My only complaint is that they only offer one type of non-dairy option and I can’t have milk. That’s not their fault though. I wish the company would investigate other flavors.

Their cakes were so yummy and fresh! I have not tried their single brownie bites but it was weird when they first started selling them. I just prefer the ice cream itself. I love coming in here and I attempt to try something new and keep sampling but end up with my normal flavors, the associates do not care and I like that. I would hate coming to a place and trying everything and getting mint chip in the end and they hate me haha. But not here! They are friendly teenagers and I will continue to come back!

You know, this is a grab and go Baskin Robbins. There isn’t really anywhere to sit for more than a few people. It isn’t horrible but I guess I am spoiled by frozen yogurt shops these days. Go for a cone, expect a wait, and leave with your cone. There, you’ve got ice cream. And you probably paid twice the price for half the amount you could have gotten at sweet retreat… just saying

I love this Baskin Robbins location. The strawberry is awesome with real chunks of strawberry. They give you a decent size scoop and the cones come out neat and clean.

Best BR in the area for sure since all the other ones are a hot, sticky mess. Though the employees are typical teenagers, I’ve found their customer service to be affable and helpful. Their ice-cream is still crazy delicious, but a sample spoon is enough to curb a craving because I’m not so sure the offerings are particularly healthy. Minus a star for being so pricey. Jebus, a tiny cake about 8″ in diameter was a whopping $ 28. My god. No wonder everybody hits up Costco and Safeway for their cakes nowadays.

31 Ways to do Soft Serve Including«Magic» Cones Soft Serve Ice Cream — Now that BR has 31 ways to do soft serve as well, I came in and had the regular sized $ 0.88 soft serve cone, super bargain and good. Smooth and creamy it totally reminds me of the great soft serve cones we used to get at Great America back in the day. You can also get soft serve blends mixed with yummy candy like Butterfinger or Reese’s. For a real treat bring the child in you and order up a color-changing«magic» soft serve cone. They put a some magic sprinkles on and your berry-flavored red morphs into a blue topping while you watch, cool! My other all time favorites here is Gold Metal Ribbon(vanilla and chocolate ice cream with a caramel swirl) and Jamoca Almond Fudge(coffee, chocolate, almonds) Yum! This location in Almaden Plaza is open daily 11:00am to 10:00pm
