Don’t be deceived by this so-called«Starbucks». I was already in Barnes & Noble getting some books and I decided to get some Starbucks. I waited in line for about 5 minutes. I placed my order and was ready to check out so I opened the Starbucks app on my phone and the barista told me that they don’t accept those… To my chagrin, I asked why. The employee replied that they are not a Starbucks, they just serve their products. Canceled my order, left the store, and went to a real Starbucks that accepted their card. Not trying to make it dramatic, the Starbucks was along the way to my house anyway.

First time here and both staff are very rude!!! They expect you know everything and terrible service. Never again! Since they are in Barnes & Noble, wouldn’t hurt if they read books about«Customer Service.»

This isn’t a real Starbucks. They have all the bells, whistles, and aprons of Starbucks near as I can tell, without the ability to be part of the Starbucks rewards system — which makes it? Yes folks. Not a real Starbucks. I wouldn’t mind so much if they would make it obviously a café that just serves Starbucks, but the counter looks exactly like a regular Starbucks. They use the Starbucks name and there’s no signs that state they aren’t really affiliated with Starbucks. I was all set to order a beverage when, wow… they don’t accept the Starbucks card… but that card is usually pushed on customers to use and fill up… so… whats the issue? I look into it and they don’t just have a diminished menu, and rather rude service, they are actually not a Starbucks. They are the Barnes and Noble Café that simply serves Starbucks. Shocking. So… someone may want to clue in the design team.
