This is the only Bank of America that I know off that requires you to swipe your BofA ATM card to enter the ATM machines. Not sure if bums camp out in there at night to stay out of the cold. Its just a pain if you don’t swipe the right way, most folks just walk right in after you or hold the door when you exit.
The staff are generally helpful, I don’t like the parking here, it is awkward, especially the ATM parking on the side. 3 stars.
