Mike helped us out in a tough spot. It was an early Sunday morning move, and my moving service showed up short-staffed. I called and Mike came straight out. He went to work immediately — usually an add-on is going to need guidance, but Mike took the lead and got the pace way up.
Mike showed obvious skill and care, taking the time to disassemble a couch that would have gouged up walls even if it could be shoved through, and jumping in on tasks like reassembling furniture when there was a pause in the move itself.
I can’t say enough good things about Mike’s help, and I wish he’d been in on the move from the start.
