My first visit to a Baja Fresh. I thought the service was good and the food was ready quickly. I had the steak tacos which had a good flavor but some of the meat was really tough and hard to chew.
The restaurant appeared to be kept tidy. The location is good with plenty of parking.

A big and clean Baja Fresh. They keep the salsa bar neat, and the entire place is very tidy. The food is on par with other locations. I recommend using their web coupons ($ 5 off a $ 15 purchase, I believe).

Good food. Simple taste. Nice area. Very clean place. Friendly staff. Went there for lunch, ordered a two taco but one was wrong and they immediately gave me the correct one. Very satisfy with the food. Will definitely go there again. Keep up the good work.

I come here all the time and the food and customer service is great! The reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because of a very recent experience I’ve had. I’m currently inside, waiting for my order. Mayra N was the woman that took my order and she was very rude. I came in alone to order for my boyfriend and I and after I ordered the first burrito, she gave me the total price. I told her there was more to my order and she rolled her eyes and asked what else. after I finished my order and paid, while waiting for my food I watched other customers order and she did the same thing to them. ended their order after the first dish and rolled her eyes and scoffed when they wanted to add more to their order. I understand you guys close at 9 and I came in around 7 but there is no reason to be rude. I’ve never had an experience like that with any other employee there. they’ve always been very polite no matter what time I come in.

Burritos are great here. My only complain would be that if you are eating in, they don’t come wrapped in aluminum and so they are messy to eat.
If you ge them to go, then are wrapped and easier to eat.

Went here on Monday November 23,2015 at 7:30pm. It was not busy. The place was filthy. The floors had tons of food, forks, crumbs. Salsa bar was also very dirty.
This is the second time I have come here and tries to order the Baja chicken salad and they said they were out of ingredients for the salad.
Ordered the Baja burrito steak. Was cold when I got it.
If you’re going to eat at Baja Fresh, drive a few more miles to the clean one on bernal road.

I was disappointed with the service. I walked in at 4:30 on 11÷10÷15 to make an order for the next day. The gentleman was nice but he grabbed a «scrap» paper and wrote my order down. then looked around like he didn’t know where to put it. I felt uneasy. I should have asked for a copy. I walked in the next day at 11:30 on 11÷11÷15 when I said I would return. YEP no order was waiting for me. I was NOT happy. The young lady who helped me just said, «I don’t know. It wasn’t me» I said, «I know. It’s not your fault». Sooo disappointing. Food was great! but I may not order again :(

I hadn’t been to this location in a while, but it the past it had been reliably good. There was nothing special about my burrito and it could have used more vegetables. At the back of the restaurant is a window where you can see fresh produce, but the display was unappetizing because the heads of cabbage had clearly seen better days.

Good food, bad customer service. Hey I got up at 4 in the morning today went to work too for 8hrs and then some, it is now 7pm. A smile does not hurt, nor does a thank you. Not coming back after this.

Good food, clean atmosphere, but man they’re stingy on giving out chips. They usually provide more chips if you dine in, but you’ll be lucky to get more than a small bag off chips if you get take-​out.

It was great! Their new shrimp chile lime salad was fresh and colorful — bell peppers, avocado, jicama, tomatoes, onions. Was definitely a good surprise for a «fast food» chain.

This was my first experience at a baja fresh and I have to say it’s a great one! The manager Robert is very nice, and has GREAT customer service!
I ordered the chili lime shrimp salad and it is so delicious and FRESH! No brown lettuce! Shrimp is very fresh, and prepared grilled :))
Yummmm! No Complaints here! !

Went there a couple of days ago and got my usual order – taco Americano with corn tortillas. There wasn’t very much in the tortilla and it only came with one tortilla. I usually get 2 tortillas and much more chicken. I used to like to go there for Pronto Guacamole, but since they started putting onions in it, I no longer order it. Not everyone likes onions. I hate them! I wish there was a choice of with or without onions in the guacamole. If they did, I’d go there more often. There isn’t much food below $ 8 which seems like too high a price for this kind of restaurant.

I like this place. The only reason for the 4 stars is because when I came here like a month ago to pick up food for my lunch break (I work nearby) the container the food was in wasn’t sturdy and all my food fell on the floor. Good food, poor quality plates/​packaging.

Great place to go to get great Mexican food! This has been one of my most favorite restaurants for the past four years and Baja Fresh has never disappointed me.
They have excellent staff and customer service, and the food is always served quickly.
You should try their chicken taquitos, which are made fresh and come with a side of your choice of rice and beans.
Baja Fresh definitely lives up to its name!

Normally I enjoy their food even though it’s way over priced… The last time I ate there the girl was really rude… me and my husband ordered burritos both were bad… The meat was obviously spoiled… When we told them they were very rude and treated us as if we wanted a free meal… we both didn’t take more than a few bites hoping it would get better but could not stomach it… never again!

Baja Fresh … Should just be called baja nothing about what I ate there was even close to fresh besides there pico de Galleo .

Got a to-​go order of the Baja Steak and Shrimp bowl, it was good. The bowl was so large that I had left overs. They aren’t stingy with the steak or shrimp which is a plus. They do give a lot of black beans, would have like an equal amount of rice to bean ratio.
