RUDE.
In my email correspondence with the leasing office at Avalon Morrison Park, THIS number (408−983−1500) was listed in the signature along with the address specifically to Avalon Morrison Park. So when I called to make an appointment for a tour, it was offputting to be cut off with a curt and annoyed «WHICH property?» and then told that I had called the wrong number and then have a different number rattled off to me without warning to write it down somewhere.
Lady, explain to me again how it’s MY fault that I called the wrong number when you sign your signatures with that number and you clearly expect people to be calling you about any of these properties.
If this is how the leasing office services people they’re actually trying to sell on living there, imagine how they’ll treat people who they’ve already roped in and REALLY don’t care about.
