Atlas Professional Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning

Justin did tile work for me. Don’t know how this happened considering that he is cleaner and not tiler, but he had craigslist ad. I am not happy. I posted pictures here on Unilocal for you to decide if I am unreasonable.
When I confronted him about job issues he got agitated and threatened me. I was so amused, even entertained. Have never had such unreasonable service. I’m surprised to see good reviews.

Atlas carpet cleaning and water restoration came to our rescue when we had flood damage at our vacation rental recently. They were very prompt and reasonably priced also. We made an appointment with them to get our air ducts cleaned and our carpets/​rugs cleaned the following week. We were equally satisfied. Our carpets look like new again! We highly recommend this company.

I was referred to Justin with Atlas for carpet cleaning. He did a great job on my carpets. I couldn’t believe how much better they looked after the cleaning. Justin was very professional, answering all of my questions. I know some of my questions were dumb but Justin didn’t make me feel that way as he explained everything he was doing with great detail and the utmost professionalism. He was really friendly and easy to talk to. I felt comfortable trusting him inside my house. Service was on time, fast, and very thorough. He noticed a lot of dust in our house and recommended an air duct cleaning. He didn’t hard sell me on it at all. I am calling him this week to schedule an air duct cleaning.

My home flooded and there was water everywhere! Very stressful situation especially when I have a new baby in the house. Well, I heard about Atlas doing water damage cleanup and repair from my co worker who has used them before. They were very professional and fast. I called them and with their 24 hour service, they were here within the hour. They cleaned up the entire mess and you couldn’t even tell that my home had flooded. I never want to go through that again, but if I do„ I will definitely use Atlas again.

This nice young man came a distance to do my carpets. He worked very hard as they were very dirty and stained. I have used other companies in the past and have not been satisfied. He did a great job and was even able get out blood and stains from my dog, who had been sick. I plan to have him come back and clean my air ducts also!
