Artistic Tree Care

I highly recommend Artistic Tree Care. Jose and his team were very prompt and polite. They performed high quality work; they cleaned up very well when the job was completed and made sure everything was in order. They were completely professional and I will definitely be using them again. Our yard looks gorgeous!!!

No respect for their customer’s time. I had an appointment with Artistic Tree Care to trim and thin a large tree in my backyard. The appointment was for 9:00 a.m. on Monday morning. I gave Artistic Tree Care the benefit of the doubt being that it was Monday morning and Bay Area traffic is bad. However, I called them by 10:30 a.m. when it appeared that they may not show. I was told that they were running behind and will be by around 11:00 a.m. At 11:15 a.m. I received a call to say that they were just around the corner and needed to know the street to turn right on; however, still no show by 11:30 a.m. I was concerned that they’ve gotten lost so I called again, but no one answered. I left a voice mail. At 12:30 p.m. I finally received a second call from Artistic Tree Care to say that they’re «coming now.» Needless to say, they lost my business. I understand that things happen, but that’s the reason why we have telephones. They were 3 ½ hour late and didn’t even bother to follow-​up; I had to call them.

I recommend Artistic Tree Care. I Had a large (over 40′) cedar tree and they did a careful and professional job. No damage to our fences and all the pool equipment.
They did a good job and cleaned-​up after all the work was done.

Artistic Tree Care provides superior service at a good price. On time as promised.
