Areon Flutes, Inc

The Areon Flutes are fantastic! The four instructors are all experienced flutists who are passionate about flute performance and teaching. I have had the most experience with Amelia Vitarelli, my private teacher, and I am so grateful to have such a wonderful teacher. She has taught me so much, and the success of her teaching methods have manifested through my personal improvement. Under her instruction, I have broadened my performance experience through participation in various orchestras, honor bands, and competitions, all with ample success. She is definitely a trustworthy and reliable option for anyone who is seeking education in flute performance.
I have also had the pleasure of working briefly with Kassey LeBow. She is also a fantastic teacher, and notably implements the use of technology in her teaching methods. She helped me prepare successfully for a solo competition, and her style, while different from Amelia’s, was extremely effective as well.
After listening to recordings made by the Areon flutes, one can infer that through their performance experience, they have garnered valuable knowledge in regards to flute instruction that makes them incredible teachers. The group and their programs (Chamber Music Institute, Summer Flute Institute) are of the highest quality.
