Aqua-Tech Pool & Spa Service

I just purchased a home with a pool. Not long after, trouble began to brew. Tried several services before I ran into Aqua Tech. Now I have a one stop shop for all my pool issues. Thanks Chris and Efren for informing me of the many services that Aqua Tech offers. I had my pool cover replaced and the automatic switch replaced for a fair price. The gents that replaced my pool cover (so bad with names) were very professional and super sweet and very respectful! These gents made up for the incident below… They’re the reason for the 5 stars!
Only had one little incident during a phone conversation with an upper management employee. Not so good. But I believe I put him in his place so that he SHOULD have learned to be more polite on the phone. If not he needs to be transferred into a department that does not require him any contact with customers.

Bob is honest, reliable guy! Of course, everybody gets paid for the job they did. With Bob, he will give you a free advise on how you can save on repairs, replacements, maintenance. I trust Bob. He won’t take advantage of you.

Bob was prompt in calling me back & coming out to fix the problem. My pool filter again stopped working a couple of weeks later & he returned to fix it again. I would highly recommend Bob & his service

What can I say that hasn’t already been said? Bob called me back right away after I left a message and made a visit to my house the same day. I was having issues with air in the system after a recent pool remodel and Bob gave me a lot of advice on what the problems may be as well as general pool advice. Given that my pool was green, he could tell that I needed help.
He spent way more time on my issues than he charged for and followed-​up to make sure everything was figured out. Bob is awesome!

I really can’t say enough awesome things about Bob. He’s been our family’s pool man for years, and we wouldn’t trust our pool to anyone else. He’s dependable and reliable, so helpful and knowledgeable, and always so nice! We love getting to chat with him while knowing we’re in good hands. Can’t beat him, and we highly recommend.

Bob has serviced our pool for about ten years. He is reliable as it gets. Always provides good advice and is very responsive if a problem pops up. Since we travel frequently it means a lot to us to have someone we an count on.

Aqua-​Tech is the best pool service in the area, hands down. Our pool is always clean and perfectly maintained. We have had several companies service our pool prior to Aqua-​Tech, but Bob has been by far the best… dependable, helpful. He always looks for way to maintain our pool the best way possible w/​out huge expenditures. He just installed a new badly needed pump which is saving us $l00 a month! Can’t recommend Aqua-​Tech highly enough.
