Anderson Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

We had one of our roomates move out so I wanted to get 1 bedroom and a set of stair carpets done prior to rentign the room out again. Mr Anderson quoted me a good price and showed up on time. He then proceeded to do a great job and the carpets came out great!
A day later we noticed a smell coming out of the carpets which ended up being the under pad being too wet due to the poor quality of the carpet to begin with. I called up Mr anderson who said that was weird but he would be right over. He came over and brought a blower that we left on the carpet and it dried out and everything was was to be expected! He even offered to do 1 room on the house for the time spent on drying it out, which we didn’t need, but I was amazed by his customer service!
I don’t write many positive reviews, but he was worth it!

I have a 4 bedroom home, but today I only needed 1 room and an area rug cleaned. After calling others I found Joe and he was willing to do it, and squeeze me into his schedule. He was responsible to call and let me know that he was running late from his other job. He was professional and is hard working. He offer suggestions for some tough stains on my carpet. Joe Anderson has been taking care of my spills and dog accidents for years. He’s the best in San Jose and is worth every penny. With 2 kids and a dog it is hard to keep a clean carpet in our household. Luckily Joe comes thru to save the day when we need him. I definitely recommend his service if your in the south bay.

Joe prices his service well and is very professional. He puts out curbs to protect corners and stands behind his work. I use him to clean all of my Real Estate listings! His equipment is powerful and his truck mount unit takes all the dirt and water off site instead of Chem Dry and others that just swirl it around and push it into the pad.

Joe and Lodi did a great job carpet cleaning my work this past holiday when our offices were closed for the winter break!
We have a three story high building with about 2,500 sq feet of carpet and another office building about 1,500 sq feet. They were able to get rid of the tough stains outside our kitchen, on the stairs, and main walkways with no issue. Joe is very focused when he’s working and is very determined especially when it comes to stains — He would spot a stain and keep going over it until it’s completely gone. Even with our general areas where there weren’t any stains, after it was cleaned the carpet looked and smelled better.
When everyone came back from the holidays, they all complimented on how good the carpet looked! We do carpet cleaning annually and this was the first year I’ve gotten so much positive feedback!

Very thorough and professional. Joe did an awesome job on upholstery cleaning my couches. He works with your availability and in my opininon does great quality job! He is by far the most affordable out of six other local cleaners in the area! I highly recommend hiring him for your upholstery needs. I can bet he does great carpet cleaning as well!
