Talk about honest, down to earth and straightforward… Joe is FANTASTIC! Joe is as knowledgeable as it gets, and is incredibly helpful. We have probably purchased hundreds of skylights from a to z and he always has excellent knowledge about the products he sells. Their prices are very competitive, they are all stocked, and the service is great. Try them first, and you won’t be disappointed.

I needed a skylight replaced in my townhome. The rains were coming and the job urgent and I made the mistake of trying to make it work with a roofing company that strung me along for 4 weeks before pulling out. Most roofing companies were’nt interested in such a small job so I called A-​Z in a panic. Joe was very responsive, had two of his installers call me the same day to schedule a time for them to come look at the property, give me a quote. Got a quote in two days with a skylight installed in a week at very reasonable prices. Thank you Joe!

Joe is the owner and he is a referral based business and gives personalized services to his clients. I found a window installer through Unilocal (not related to A-​Z) and they provided Joe the incorrect specs for the window replacement and installed a window without grids when the rest of the windows in the house had grids. The installer ran off. Joe went above and beyond and ordered the right window and came out with his own installer and replaced it at no charge. This is a business that takes care of their customers. Prices are good too.

Love, love, love A-​Z Discount Windows & Skylights. We had our new home (built in 1977) outfitted with new skylights about two years ago and just had 50% of the windows replaced with Max Low-​E last week. The Milgard product we had installed is excellent and the installers (who also took the measurements) were professional, friendly, and extremely experienced. We are thrilled with the temperature change in our house (so much cooler already!) and are incredibly happy with our choice to go with A-​Z Discount Windows & Skylights. Highly recommend!

Just fantastic service. We bought a dozen skylights for a new house from A-​Z 4 years ago. Recently, the glass cracked on one skylight for some unknown reason. A-​Z has been wonderful helping us with replacement glass. Apparently, the window is out of warranty and the A-​Z owner just paid for the replacement glass out his own pocket. Then the manufacturer sent the wrong size (no fault of A-​Z) and the owner volunteered to deliver the corrected size personally. Their prices were great, but the service (long after the sale) is better than I have ever experienced.
