Wayne, elderly cashier, refused to sell me alcohol after viewing my ID because he didn’t believe I was 21; let alone being 22 with an ID that scanned. Asked for a different cashier to look at my ID and was told to leave. Pretty frustrating

Most staff polite but grave yard on Saturday morning and Sunday morning at about 3am I believe his name is Wayne is rude and moody with customers and if u take more than 30 seconds to pay for ur selection he gets snappy I know working grave shift alone and dealing with drunks homeless and college students can be hard but if u don’t like ur job quit and stop returning to work if you can’t be pleasant with customers that shop at your store 6 to 7 days a week

One cashier was so methed out, he could barely ring me up. The older one was beyond rude. When I asked for cigarettes, he used his own ID instead of asking for mine.(I am of age, but my very young looking friend got the same treatment.) I get it; it’s just a convenience store. But this was anything BUT«convenient.» SKETTTCCCHHHYYY!

Just went to 711 to get a snack, we ask if there’s any Monterey jack. New guy says say yah, so get 3 Monterey jack chicken. New guy there doesn’t pass it to us and just puts in on our backpack that we had put down to get the money. Then we get out to eat, and its not Monterey jack some stale tasting cheese in mystery meat.

Only came here to grab a snack because it’s close to SJSU campus and it’s much cheaper than the food at school. The place itself is organized and items are placed like any other branches. What impressed me was that there was one cashier, but he was doing two transaction at once. He would call up one person in the line and check out the items and also immediately call the next person in line to come and check out their items at a separate register. It was kind of cool. I thought that was just very efficient. Instead of standing there and waiting for the customer to pay, he went ahead and started the transaction with the next customer. I just thought that was pretty smart.

Nice patrons who hold the door for strangers. Very poor service by cashiers. No friendly greeting. No, «come again». They need to train the swing shift help a bit better. Poor house keeping. Dirty floors. I guess it is convenient if you are a college kid looking for your next round of brain medication. My dollars will vote for a less convenient choice next time…

Really convenient if you happen by SJSU and you need a quick fix in terms of snack or drink. The store owners and staff are not quite as Nazi as you would expect most places are near schools(and yes I have been to quite awful 7-Eleven’s near schools!) and their selection of goodies is decent. Came here to pick up some drinks but unfortunately no ear plugs sold here!

I know you all know what a 7 – 11 has, pretty much the same each store, but oh my, is it oh-so convenient to come across one when you are looking for a quick bite or snack for a road trip! And as for me, a student at SJSU, my, what quick access to buy some milk or chips, or a snack! Not too expensive, and great of its multiple locations, and this one is close to SJSU! One block away…

This is the only place to go when you have a late night party and you run out of booze. The selection may be minimal but at least they are open. The prices may be a bit higher than safeway, but, at least they’re open. 7 – 11, the place to get all your vices– Booze, smokes, junk food… it’s all here!

Being a student at the University, this place is perfect when you want something to eat like a taquito, hot dog, nachos, or a simple sandwich. The people there are nice and they are cool with EBT users. They have a really good selection of food when you don’t want to head to a grocery store. Pizza, lasagna, hot pockets, Healthy Choice stuff, 7 eleven brand taquitos, T.G.I.F. stuff, and even Cheese Poppers. They are always stocked with milk, beer, and food. They have plenty of soda, juices, and water. This is one of the best stores because during the Customer Appreciation day, they give away NOS drinks, food, and more.
