We hired plumb line surveying to help us with our new construction property. They were great at communicating and explaining everything to us. That was very appreciated. He was very thorough, and detailed. He was with us from escrow of our land, helping us find our property corners, to our letter of occupancy and everything in between. Our architect was very please with his maps, and how available he was to collect information needed to complete the design. We will hire them again and strongly recommend them!

We called Dylan Van Noty, PLS, about an estimate for surveying our property in the hills of San Marcos. He called back within an hour and discussed our needs at length, researched maps and boundaries and gave us an estimate before scheduling a next day appointment for the project. He worked from early morning until sunset and did a boundary survey, staked easement locations, made corner records, monumentation and recording for the county of San Diego. Dylan is very detailed, accurate, and professional. We were so lucky we found such a great guy to work with for our survey needs.
