Well I just meet with Vince at my home for an estimate, I called him a couple days before and left a message stating that I was looking for a bid on a new roof. He called today at 2:30pm asked if he could come by in an hour and he was here within the hour !!! His bid was the best by far and he seamed very knowledgeable, we will be putting 10% down tomorrow so he and his crew can start work as soon as possible:) I will update after the work is finished !!

So happy with their work that I am having them do other projects. I can understand the one star reviews, seems like they both had bad experiences. Mine was quite the opposite(new roof 2012). Vince, the owner, met my expectations of a busy small business owner doing hands on management. Been there, and its not easy. 1) Did complete re-roof on my Wexler mid-century butterfly. 2) Staff was great, work was excellent, and they even put up with my ‘hands on’ style. Was on the roof with them a dozen times just to make sure work was up to my standard. 3) As a resolution to water sitting on the roof at the low point of the butterfly, Vince suggested we add a cricket and level out the deep V where water had pooled before. He designed and produced a system that helped move water and is not visible from street view. 4) Just gave his info to a good friend, and that says it all.

After four weeks of either no return calls or missed appointments, these people are not responsive in any way. They just don’t show up or call. David D Palm Springs, CA.

Well, wish I could give a review of the services that the company provides but I never gave them an opportunity. After calling on a Wednesday and being told that Vince, the owner, would call me to schedule an appointment, I received a call on Thursday. Vince stated he was out of town and could meet me at my house at 8:00am Monday. My wife and I shifted our schedules and were ready at 8:00 on Monday morning. Vince called at 8:45am to let me know that he was running late.(geez…ya think). There was no apology, just an «OK» when I told him that I no longer wanted his services. What happened to professionalism these days? To think that this was a decision made by the OWNER. Terrible leadership and miserable service. Thanks for wasting my time! My advice to the consumer — go with one of the other company’s in the yellow pages. Large ads don’t equate to respectable service.
