John O’ Bourke and this company know their business! Excellent work repainting a Honda Civic front bumper. Then buffed out some blemishes on my truck, no extra charge! Great customer service and very flexible with your availability! Thank you John, you have a life long customer and will always be referred by me! 5 stars!

The day I moved to Hemet I was in a accident. I didn’t know anybody in the area. Hi called a friend who has had all his classic cars painted by John at Acrs. He called John and a tow truck was on site in 10 minutes. I was worried my truck was totalled. The frame was so tweaked I thought it would never drive straight again. John and his crew went over and above to fix the frame. It has perfect alignment. The paint job and body work is best I’ve ever seen. This business cares!!! I would highly recommend ACRS. Honest, integrity and excellent service.

I came to this place because they had ok reviews… huge mistake. not only did they go 25 days over the initial estimate. they cause electrical damage when they let my 2 month old battery discharge. and told me“Just because they had possession of the car doesn’t make them responsible”…I’m furious… but if this helps a couple people avoid the terrible experience I’m having that’s great. did I mention they had to jump start my car to get it started (on a BMW) then Jon (owner) dropped it off and explained to me that I should take car to get battery charger. really! this guy dropped off a car that he had to jump start to start… he had my car for 40 days and damages electrical system.(Probably left it out during the rain storm) do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

I cannot recommend this business highly enough. John and his team took stellar care of me and my car. They had great sensitivity to my emotional state from being injured in an accident as well as paying high quality exquisite attention to the details of work on my car.

My car was hit from a dead stop from behind at approximately 40 mph. The damage was worse than what my husband and I anticipated. My car was basically brand new before the accident only having 11,000 miles on it. I was apprehensive about someone other than the dealership work on my car, but when my friends started asking where it was getting fixed and telling me what phenomenal work ACRS does, my fears were totally resolved. Plus, I know an employee who works there who also eased my mind. $ 7500 in damages and labor later, my car looks and runs perfectly. I’m so grateful for John and his employees for taking such good care of my car and making it brand new for me again.
