Bought a very firm mattress here — fair price and quick and easy delivery. Good guys, would do business again!

If you like a firm bed, this is the best place to buy. The price is reasonable and this is a quality brand for many years. The staff is friendly and the owners are very nice as well. You will like the bed and will help with your back as well. Check it out and you won’t regret it!

I’m going to give this place five stars for the quality of the merchandise AND the service. I have had two surgeries on my lumbar spine. So a firm mattress with good support is essential to not feeling like I will fall apart despite loads of ongoing PT. I’ve been unable to find what I’ve needed at the local usual suspects in the LA area(Mattress City, Ortho Mattress, etc). What’s made the experience worse is that when I went to those showrooms(Mattress $h!tty, etc) to try it out, the %#%^^ salesmen who tried to pounce wouldn’t leave me alone despite my asking. They don’t stop talking for a &$)&ing second, which is what other people call«service.» Finally, they try to pressure to buy with a promise of a deal if you say yes on the spot. I guess to them I look like an idiot, but it’s a ploy. Note the model/price and then look online for the equivalent model. You’ll be shocked by how badly you’re being had. It’s all a hoax. That’s what passes for service at those places. You won’t get that at Teh Tai. The price is flat upfront. Massive points for being direct. The price is also very reasonable. The salesman there was very friendly and gave my wife and I time to figure out what we needed at our own pace with no pressure to buy anything whatsoever. We loved that after our previous experiences. No bill of goods here. And yes the beds are über firm, so if that’s not your thing, go elsewhere(Macy’s was the best shopping experience outside of Teh Tai). But for me, Teh Tai is the best thing to happen to my back in years and I’m waking up feeling refreshed for the first time in literally(yes, literally) three years. I’d give ten stars if I could.

Don’t buy from them, I have their mattresses 6 years, and it become soft and not firm as before, also, their box we also deformed too, I contact them for service, but they just denied everything and refused to do anything. that’s not the right way to do business…

The bed would get 5 stars, I had my first teh tai for 12 years, only got rid of it because those damn sit n sleep bed bug commercials…1 star is because the service is terrible, non-existent!

No more morning pain! Thanks Teh Tai! I worked in India for a month and the hotel had a very firm mattress, unlike any I’d ever slept on here in The States. And I was surprised when every morning I’d wake up in the hotel without my traditional hip & spinal pain. So I swore to myself that when returning to The States, I’d go on a hunt to find a radically firm mattress for my own. My hunt led me to Teh Tai Furniture. The salesman was very patient with me and answered all my questions. He wasn’t too pushy and let me ponder for as long as I needed. The store is spartan and you can tell that all they do is sell mattresses… they’re not in business to sell you anything you don’t need. Like the other reviews said — they sell FIRM mattresses! They have only three grades: plywood, stainless steel, or granite.(Joke!) They do have three grades, the cheapest being the«softest» — it has an almost imperceptible amount of «give» to it when you sit or lie on it. The highest priced grade is rock hard and is meant for hardcore folks who are used to sleeping on floors or something. I purchased the medium grade, and though it’s great and I’ve been totally painless since, wish I’d bought the softest grade. Their prices are excellent and I’m really pleased with my purchase. It’s great to wake up painless!

Free delivery M-F. Store is open M-Sat. The store is very simple and looks more like a showroom. They only have three models of beds: regular, super, and high quality. You can probably guess the ranking of quality. The mattresses here are VERY firm. Even the lowest one is more firm than the Serta extra firm. Prices here are firm, no bargaining. Yes, even if you speak Chinese no bargaining. Some sample prices: Regular Full size, mattress only(no box): $ 510. Super full size, mattress only: $ 680.

Some years ago I bought a Cali King bed that cost about $ 1500(total price for box springs, delivery, metal frame and et cetera) and when I 1st laid down on it I thought so this is what sleeping in heaven is like, ya know? Then again, maybe I thought that because the bed I had before was this dusty old little twin where I could feel the springs poking into my back. [Fast forward few years] So that $ 1500 bed is too soft, it gives too much so there are times I wake up with a sore neck and back and this is from my $ 1500 bed — sigh… So I asked some friends for bed recommendations and this dude swore by Teh Tai bed and make a long story short, I bought a Cali King regular(which really means hard and the beds only come in hard, super hard and rock like) and at 1st it was odd sleeping on such a hard bed, but now — I’ll NEVER go back to any other brand. The bed is hard so it’s good for your posture but it has the right amount of give so it’s not like your sleeping on a plank of wood, ya know? There are days when I want to sleep in it forever … I mean it is a well crafted, nice looking bed. The only down side I would give it is it’s heavy like 200+ lbs heavy LOL. Oh and they have a 25 year warranty! Try it out and you won’t be disappointed.

Husband’s been going to this furniture store for years. All of the mattresses his whole family own were purchased from here. I used to not care about my mattresses, I’ll take whatever’s on sale. But husband takes it seriously because he messed up his hip and back soo many times playing ball that it’s important for him to have a good mattress. They have three types of mattress: hard, very hard, and solid rock. I didn’t like it at first, but now, I don’t think I can sleep anywhere else. Very comfortable on your back. I think they got all their mattresses from Taiwan.
