Had an incredible experience at RS Photo. I’m fairly new to the LA area, and have been looking for a local camera shop to geek out on equipment and get my DSLR serviced/​lenses cleaned. I recently bought a used Nikon F3 film camera on Ebay, hoping to get more comfortable shooting film. Obviously much different than shooting digital, I spent around 3 hours talking with the owner of RS, asking a number of questions about different varieties in film, the history of 35 mm, and the differences between ai-​s lenses versus the more modern automatic G lenses that I am more accustomed to. Needless to say, I learned a lot from the owner — very warm atmosphere, he helped me tremendously. Can’t wait to return and support RS Photo.

Purchased a pre-​owned Canon lens for my camera. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase! The price was great and extremely helpful and friendly owner!
