This review is for Cindy. She is just great! I love how she does facials and she is always on demand. She only works Thursday — Sunday so it’s not easy booking her. Cindy gives great massage and can give you a lot of beauty tips. The only caveat is that I am not that impressed with the rest of the facilities and the customer service there. That’s why it is only 4 stars but I highly recommend Cindy. Oh the other weird thing they have is that the only accept VISA credit card. Not accept Mastercard, AE, or Discovery… I can understand the others but accept VISA only without Mastercard? That’s strange.

The five stars is for the new lady«Apple» who just started working here on June 1st2013!!! If u hadn’t try this place for the last couple months!!! Give it a try!!! Ask for«Apple» for the massage and Cindy for the facial!!! Apple’s English is very limited, but she is very very good and nice!!! My mother-in-law have problem/pain with her right leg which comes and goes for years!!! None of the MD/Dr found anything wrong with her leg!!! But«Apple» found the origin of my MIL’s problem and asked my MIL to do some in home exercise and she even teaches you to breath while she perform the massage treatment on you!!! My MIL loves her!!! The new owner, Annie is really really nice and sweet too!!! I will try«Apple“‘s facial for my next visit!!!

1st time is always getting the best service. So I paid the 10 times package and was so excited and look forward for the result. And the original lady who helps me went back to the other location. «OMG», now I am 200% regretted paying for the service. I original don’t have pimples and now it’s all over my face. «She» does not know how to analyst your skin type and I don’t think disinfect was not enough… PS: I don’t think they use the actual product that claim, it smells like those Chinese made products.

Went to Q Baby Skin Care two years ago, not impressed. Employee turn over rate is extremely high, you never get the same person. I signed up for the 10 facials for $ 350(special promotions they claimed). I should have known better when I see the owner(Ashley) who had really bad skin. I had great skin to start with. This place is always nosy and they are always trying to sell me special packages. This guy there that does foot massages really annoys me. I had foot massage done twice, really uncomfortable compared to other foot massage places. Instead of going to facial spas, I now use the Bliss product line(15 min mask, Peeling Groovy, Triple Oxygen Mask and daily moisture) to take care of my skin and my skin is much much better than when I used to go to get facials.

When i went in i was a walk in and i wanted to get eyelash extensions. I found out about this place because one of my girlfriends had seen a sign… it was $ 38… i read the reviews and decided that a LOT of people on Unilocal are VERY critical… but to my own dismay… unfortunatly i should have listened this time. the lady that did my eyelashes was a bit money hungry… she assumed i was someone who called in but when i told her i wasn’t she took me anyway and made her appointment wait about half n hour… i walked out thinking the job she did really wasn’t that badd at all… but of course… 50% of them are all gone and fallen out now… approximately 6 days later… either the quality of stuff she was using wasn’t that great or she wasn’t exactly a pro at what she was doing. in this case i would TOTALLY say hey… you get what you pay for… only came here under an emergency before going on vacation… but if all else fails i won’t be desperate enough to come back next time

I was introduced by my coworker. I went for a experienced facial. It felt pretty good afterward. The lady who did my facial was pretty gentle, didn’t do a lot of aggressive cleaning of acne’s or pores. So I signed up for 10 times 8 coloured facials for 800 dollars(oringinal 1000 as they claimed). Ps. I know most of the people go to facial for pore cleaning. But I didn’t like people to stripe my face. I found most the facial artist enjoyed to SQUEEZE the pores or POP the acne for their clients, and leave their client walk out of the salon with a swollen and red face. As previous reviewer said, more I come to this place more dissatisfied I am. This is a Oriental style skin care salon. The place is small and noisy. It does not have the quietness that most Spa facilities have. The staff aren’t too knowledgeable. They use so call«FRENCH brand» skin care products. Every time I asked questions about the products they always give me funny answers. I ended up doing research myself on line. And they didn’t respect clients’ privacy. They come in an out of clients room in the middle of your facial without saying anything. Or they started cleaning the floor or salon what makes a lot of noises before you finished your facial. They always have promotions going on with their service. So before you use all your facials. They will always have a promotions to sale you, kind of force you to add another 10 times facial or skin care products. Over all, this is a cheap place with cheap service.

Told my mom that I was interested in getting eyelash extensions and she convinced me to come here since it was so cheap, $ 38. I got what I paid for, the worst experience of my life. The girl kept getting the solution in my eye and when I told her it stings she said its only the solution, like that would stop the burning. When we were done I couldn’t open my eyes for the next ten minutes cause it watered so bad. She made me fan myself until I was ready to leave. When I finally looked in the mirror my eyes were bloodshot and it looked like I put on the tackiest false lashes from the 80’s. So much for natural. The eyelashes weren’t even glued to each individual lash, it was glued to my eyelid, so every time something brushed up against the lashes my skin was being pulled. The lashes all stuck to one another so it was like a solid mass. Don’t know how long that would have lasted since I spent the next day rubbing it off. Luckily I still had my natural lashes left since it wasn’t glued to the lashes just my freaking eyelid.
