I usually do not like to waste my time posting negative reviews, as I rather just not patronize the business again. The service bothered me so much today that I had to write a review. If I could give this establishment«no star», I would. I chose the $ 20 foot massage and I am not sure if the masseuse had an off day. Throughout the hour long massage, I had to relayed to her“softer” and«harder» consistently, like 15 – 20 times. You would think after one or two time, she would understand the pressure I was requesting. After this horrible massage, I paid $ 20 and gave a $ 5 tip. She didn’t speak much English so she did hand gestures to tell me I need to tip her $ 5 more. I told her she was only getting $ 5. I asked her where it is posted that the minimum gratuity is $ 10? If that is the establishment’s policy or rule, I would not have issue with it if they post it in plain sight and tell the customer ahead of time, so that the customer can make the decision to proceed with the massage or go elsewhere. I walked out and she proceeded to get someone who spoke more English and shouted at the doorway that I owe them $ 5 more. I turned around and flat out told them«NO». I think they saw my expression and knew they couldn’t get the additional $ 5 from me and told me «Okay». I do realize that masseuse work very hard and if warranted, they should be compensated accordingly. I have no issues giving $ 10, $ 20 or whatever denomination as gratuity if it is well deserved. Since my massage was beyond bad, I think It was nice of me to even leave her the $ 5. I think for this establishment to charge $ 20 for a massage and expect a 50% tip automatically tacked on to the bill is sheer audacious. That is a shady business practice. With so many massage parlors in the SGV, I would never patronize this business again and I would tell all my friends about it as well. I think the owner and its workers need to look up the word«gratuity» in a English-Chinese dictionary before making demands that has no basis. This is the sort of business/establishment that gives a bad name to the«Chinese» community and the«Chinese» people.

Worst service ever. I went in for a one hour body massage and the face rest didn’t even have a paper face cradle not only that but the masseuse hands were rough, I’m pretty sure she had calluses. The front desk lady was talking so loud I couldn’t even get comfortable. I left within 15 minutes in and they refuse to give me a full refund they just gave me back $ 5 out of the $ 25 I gave them so I just told them that I was going write a review, I normally don’t care but for them not to give me a full refund or at least half back for a 15 minute massage that’s scandalous. Don’t come here! For better professional service go to Chung Hwa Spa on San Gabriel.

You can go to other places and get someone who doesn’t care about your well being and just lightly touches you. The ladies at Oasis work hard to find your pain areas to help soothe and heal your body-the reason for foot reflexology massages! The owner is dedicated to providing all the comfort by being one of the few massage placed that is licensed by the city for body massages. There are no curtains to divide a room. There are actual rooms with doors. You don’t have to sit in the big room with 30 other people and feel exposed while you get your massage. And if you’re looking for a «happy ending» then you should not come here because this is a legitimate foot and body massage place. I either go by myself for my rejuvenating and healing massages, or I bring a friend and we sit together in a private room and enjoy the experience chitchatting or just being. Ask for Sofie or Cindy.

$ 25 massage, I’m interested. $ 25 massage that’s the best I’ve ever had, SOLD! Love this place. I heard about it from a coworker, and since have brought 4 different people here — each of whom also love it. I recommend the masseuse«Shou-An». I don’t have a problem getting massaged by a guy, especially if they can do a deep tissue. This guys unbelievable. I used to be an Olympic level athlete, so I know a good massage when I have one — and he is the best by far. I would maybe rate the second best massage I’ve ever gotten a 3⁄5. Shou-An is that good.

Great Body Scrub, Body Massage and Foot Massage. Great pricing although they expect at least $ 30.00 tip for a 2 ½ hour treatment costing $ 65.00 Maybe this is the standard? Any comments?
