I just had to write my experience here. Where do I start?! This is the worst service I have ever received. I had my eye exam here before, but then I came back because I decided I wanted my prescription lower. I made an appointment with the optometrist again. I ended up seeing another optometrist because my previous doctor was no longer with them. They made me waited more than an hour! It was ridiculous. I just wanted it lower because I will be using these glasses for computer use and my old glasses I can use it for further distances like in class or driving. My new optometrist was not attentive to my feelings. I explain my situation to her, but she made it really difficult about changing my prescription. I really dislike this place. And the front desk girl name Amy was very rude. During my wait I asked her how long will my wait be and she just totally went off «you can’t just write your own prescription just because you wanted it lower blah blah blah» =T I never once I gave them any rude remarks or complain about the wait and they were still rude! My fellow Unilocalers please be aware of this place. Horrible service and unpleasant staff
