Sandy has been cutting my hair for the last 18 years and never let me down. She’s got great techniques and genuinely cares about making you look best. Tried numerous other stylists in Los Angeles and Beverly Hills and none comes close to the results she was able to deliver.

Sandy is the BEST! I had other hair dresser before, but nobody can be as good as Sandy. I have Sandy do my hair over 10 years. Although she’s a bit expensive when compare with other stylists, she’s worth it.
My theory is, an excellent and experienced hair stylist knows better than anybody else of what kind of hair style looks good on you. That’s why every time I see Sandy, I just tell her the problem that is bothering me (i.e. My hair seems a bit thick for hot summer, I don’t want to look for a hair clip for my hair whenever I need to work, etc.) Then i will leave Sandy thinks and solves my problems. Don’t worry, she’ll tell you what she thinks before she starts cutting. My conclusion is, I am happy with her experience and her work.

Honestly, the service is just fine. The assistant gonna wash your hair firstly. But it’s gonna take like 10 mins (I m a young man) and the owner who cut my hair is ok. But the price is too expensive!!! I have no idea why this place charge $ 55 for a man haircut. No wonder there were no people in that place. Don’t recommend to come to this place !

I have been looking for a great stylist in San Gabriel Valley for years. After going to few Salons I didn’t think I would find anyone as good as the stylist that had been cutting my hairs for many years. My friend referred Sandy to me, I haven’t been to any other Salon since because of a fabulous stylist, Sandy.
It is great to find someone I trust with my hair. Sandy’s skill is undeniable.
If you want to look for a stylist pays attention to the details and trendy I highly recommend Sandy. You can’t beat the quality. You will not be disappointed.

Sandy has been my hair stylist for 4 years. I just had a cut and color from her. She did everything right for me. Now my hair is soft and the color turned out great. I have always gotten numerous compliments after a cut with Sandy. Sandy is an enthusiastic, passionate, and kind with good energy and artistic craft in her cutting. This is one of the best hair salons in the San Gabriel Valley.
I wouldn’t trust anyone else other than For Hair Salon. I would highly recommend Sandy to anyone to go try it out and see it for yourself :-)

Best Asian hair stylist in the entire San Gabriel valley.
Sandy the owner been my Stylist for more than 15 years. Ever since when She was in Chez Moi Salon in Monterey Park. She does everything perfectly… Her cut is the best! Does everything from simple cut to color to perm to anything you can think of and she won’t disappoint you.
Consistency is the Key! And it’s so hard to master in the Stylist field in my opinion. That’s how you can keep customer keep coming back. That’s why all of its been with her for all these years.

Service is ok here. But if you looking for a nice hair cut or color are horrible. I was referral to here to look for another hair stylist. Unfortunately, the hair stylist my friend referral me was no longer working there anymore. So the older lady with green short hair ending up did my hair.
It was a horrible horrible choice, I should of walked away. I was planing to cut my hair short anyway. And that lady kept on telling me how good she is on cutting short hairs and stuffs. Let’s not talk about how annoying she was.
But I ended up walking out the door with a red uneven hair cut (at the back). It’s noticeable. So my suggestion is … NO.

Meh.
Been coming here ever since I was a kid since my mom is or was one of Sandy’s longest patrons. But honestly, you could do better by going somewhere else where the hairstylist will give you a good haircut for half the price.
The assistant washing my mom’s hair didn’t do a good job and kind of just half-​assed the hair washing, and my mom told Sandy, but nothing was done about it. I dont really trust a business that doesn’t listen to its customers.
Finally cutting off my ties with this place, not sure if my mom will, but I ain’t coming back here again and I suggest you don’t let the five star reviews sway you too much.

Sandy has been my stylist for over 15 years. The reason I like about her is she is very creative. She always suggest new hair style for me. I am someone who does not want to have the same hair style all the time.
I always got compliment by my friends and even stranger on my hair style.
Can’t find someone better than her.
