I came here as a new patient for an annual physical that I need to complete for school. My insurance listed him as a provider and since it is close to home, I decided to just go-for-it, because I needed my documents in a timely manner. I am a graduate nursing student and my physicals require tedious documentation to submit to the university(ie. immunization forms, lab work, physical form, etc). This office has worked with me extensively, from figuring out my insurance coverage to completing the abundance of forms I had for them. The front desk is professional – not quite as friendly as I would hope – however they got the job done efficiently and completely. I couldn’t ask for more. Dr. Rodriguez was great. He is a great listener and I could tell that he thoroughly reviewed the paperwork that needed to be completed because his physical was very detailed and I could tell he was taking his time. Overall, great and efficient service. I am happy to have had all my annoying forms completed and glad I found Dr. Rodriguez and his staff.

RUNFARFROMTHESEPEOPLE. The doctor is incompetent and so is all of the staff. If you value your health and your sanity, stay away from these people. They were a total NIGHMARE.

This place sucks balls! If I could, I would give them zero stars. Dr. Rodriguez does a fairly decent job, he’s nice. My bone to pick is with the billing department(the manager named Alvira). I went in for a physical and paid that day, but ended up not even being able to see the Dr.(secretaries/medical assistants messed up on timing and figuring out payment amount etc so I wasted 1.5 hours!). They supposedly issued me a refund and gave me the printed paper work for it, but after several weeks of waiting and checking my bank account statements, my bank received nothing. I have called their billing department many many times, but each time I did not get a straight answer. it was always«we already refunded this» or «we’ll look into it more» blah blah blah bullshit. It’s already been two months and still nothing! I finally got sick of this and so reported it to my bank’s billing dispute department to handle this. Dreamweaver also sent me a bill in the mail for a different amount on a day that I already had paid for. They are so disorganized! WTF. They also want to fish as much money out of you as possible. On a previous visit, they said I wouldn’t have to pay to get my blood work results. For the next visit, they tried charging me to get my blood work paper results even though it was free to print myself using their online patient portal, BUT their portal was having problems and wouldn’t show my results. I showed them in person that nothing was showing up on my phone. The secretary was like«oh Yea I see it’s not working, I’m not sure why…» and still wanted to charge me. W.T.F. I fought them enough so they eventually just gave me a copy. GREEDYPOSLIARS! I’m never going back. TLDR(Too Long Didn’t Read): Don’t bother stepping foot in this place unless you want to waste your money, time, and get lied to.

Both my boys have been coming to Dr. Rodriguez for about 5 years now. I absolutely love how particular he is when my boys come in sick or even for just a routine physical. He has amazing bedside manor. I will continue bringing my boys. Its a great office the staff is always helpful!

Came here for their free flu shot this year. The people working here were very nice and provided snacks and drinks for the people who waited. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to go through the fair and try the different booths they offered ie: massage, blood pressure check, etc. The flu shot fair started at 9am so I went there at 8:30 to start waiting in line. They didn’t start the flu shot process until 9:30am so that was a little annoying. But I guess you can’t complain when it’s free!

Small in size but huge with heart. After months of not visiting Dreamweaver I noticed a change had been made to the name of the practice. It used to be called Dreamweaver Medical Group. I can confidently say that my visit to the new Dreamweaver Medical Associates has been a great relief. Dreamweaver’s new ownership under Dr. Francisco Rodriguez has satisfied my expectations as a patient. Staff members display quality patient care and never hesitate to answer questions. Upon my arrival I was pleasantly greeted by Maria who notified me of the changes necessary to receive care from Dr. Rodriguez. After checking in, I was astonished at how quickly I was called in seeing as there were a few other patients waiting. Maria continued to assist me throughout my appointment. She took my vitals promptly but gently and seated me in one of the exam rooms. The facility is very clean, tidy, and inviting. Dr. Rodriguez greeted me with kindness and concern. Despite the number of patients he was seeing he took his time to address my concerns. I didn’t feel rushed at all. Dr. Rodriguez and his staff made me feel very welcomed. In addition to their quality care, there’s a pharmacy and lab next door and an imaging facility just a few blocks away which makes any visit convenient. I’ve definitely recommended Dreamweaver Medical Associates to my friends and family.
