I like the meat from Vallarta, fruits & vegetables too. This vallarta is clean, organize, really busy. Plenty of parking spaces, the cashiers are a bit slow so there is always a bit of line to pay. I love the fact that we get free bags lol since is San Fernando City and they are separate from Los Angeles County we don’t need to pay for the bags in this particular Vallarta that’s a plus.

Horrible customer service idk if this lady is a manager or what but Miriam or whatever her name was had a horrible attitude n needs to work a lot with her customer service I understand that having a catering order takes time but I work at a restaurant we get a lot of catering orders but not only because we have catering orders we stop serving our other guests. My mom simply asked for freshly hot tortillas & she refused to give them to her because she had a big Oder n they were paid. I understand that but when it’s a big order like she said she had you give a certain time n make sure that order was done especially if it was an order placed the night before we called the other manager n instead of apologizing he took her side! Never have we been treated like that Before… Worst experience Ever!!!

This review is based on my experience at the deli. The food itself is consistent and the drinks are tastey and never watered down. I especially love their mixed fruit, strawberry or horchata aguas frescas. The grilled chicked has always been tender and never dry and I love thier soups. Today I came in to get a quicknaguas frescas. There were 8 different mouth watering flavors but strawberry caught my eye. So I waited in line there was only one gentleman ahead of me. He was waited on and when the next cashier was available instead of helping me she went on to help the gentleman that was already being helped. Then finally when he left she asked the lady next to me or behind me rather if she needed help. I was taken a back because I was waiting patiently and I was next. I thought it was very rude.

Prices are really good. The store gives a nice setting to be in. It’s all tropical and the employees are nice. They have the best bolillo there, that is the one thing I always look forward to when I go there. Sometimes the lines can get long but it’s not a really big deal. Just remember that the BOLILLOISTHEBOMB!!!

Prices are very good. I’ve been looking for a Vallarta near me and finally found this one. The produce is always fresh and always on sale. The pan dulce and bolillos are always fresh. Worth a try if you’re looking to save on groceries.

They put bags of hot pre-packed dough to make Tamales and Tortillas in the fridge which of course becomes RANCID! Health issue here so disgusting!

Worth a visit and shop. A very nice Sur-style supermarket. Many inexpensive spices, several varieties of fresh & dried chiles, fruits & veg, a meat department with a large variety of product.

You can find almost anything you want with good prices. They have a hot grill make food I haven’t tried yet maybe because it doesn’t look appetizing. I give this place 3 starts just because everything is easily available, however from the moment you step towards the rear part or close to the meat and fish department, the smell of the fish that is really strong and unpleasant just gets stuck on you! It is very strong odor that is hard to ignore.

Compared to other local Vallartas, I really like this location. It’s brand new, the store is impeccable clean and orangized. The staff is super friendly and I was so glad that they speak English. I’ve gone to other locations in search of some specific items and get the«deer in the headlights look» because I don’t speak Spanish. The meat, and produce section was well stocked and fresh! They had an ample array of tortillas which is refreshing compared to your standard grocery store. I really that they sell guacamole, pico de gallo, salsa, ceviche, and chicken salad by the pound! It looks«homemade» and would be great for parties! They also have yummy tres leches cake by the slice for only 2 bucks! The only downside is the parking lot. People walk behind cars in reverse and children and playing, unsupervised of course.
