My wife and I are extremely pleased with the new air ducts and air flow system installed by Morflow. From the owner, Ken, on down to the technicians, everyone was friendly and professional. They did a thorough, professional and detail-​oriented job on time and on budget. Just an all-​around pleasure to work with. We would recommend Ken and his team to anyone looking for the highest quality system at a very reasonable price. Thanks again, Ken!

TRULY PATHETIC. Don’t call this company unless you want to be abused and ripped off.

Yeah, spoke to this same guy Ken. First of all they didn’t show up on the day they were supposed to. I called during the time they were supposed to be there and they had lost my file and didn’t even know who I was. Then they asked if they could come out the next day. I agreed even though I was not happy.
The next day two guys came but they knocked on my door all weird. They came in, the one guy was polite, then they said I would get a call most likely that same day with estimates. Never got a call that day.
Finally I called them 4 days later and was told they could not help me. I asked why and they said I’d have to talk to Ken but he was unavailable at the time. We called back and forth and finally another 2 days later I spoke to him and he said that he could not help me do to the siding on my building. I asked him why he could not put it in my window like another tenant in my building had, and he said he wouldn’t help me with that.
I’m very unhappy with their lack of help and unprofessionalism.

spoke to someone named ken, asked him if he services orange county and he said no and hung up on me. i didn’t get to tell him that i have residences in both LA and OC and both needed HVAC work.
