Apparently, I’m not the only one has an issue with this… person. Do not buy from this business!!! There is a small chance that you won’t have issues, but is that really worth the hassle when you have something go wrong? He won’t answer your calls, nor will he honor his written promises. I filed complaints with the state, only to have them inform me that that can’t get a hold of Richard either.
On the bright side, he failed to show in small claims court… of course, now I have to collect.

I bought a used washer and a dryer from them. In the store they didn’t seem so pushy and they cut me a deal on deliver and installation, so I went ahead and bought. They delivered the same day, which was great.
The installation didn’t go so well. Once they were done, they tried to charge me more for the installation, despite the deal. I refused and they let it go, but it made me uncomfortable. Then, it turned out they hadn’t installed it correctly. I had to reconnect the washer to stop a leak, and the dryer needed to be installed a second time with a new vent hose.
Then the dryer needed to be completely cleaned out because there was a lot of leftover lint still inside it. The washer, once it was in my house and in use, smelled bad. It had a strong chemical smell, and left white flakes on my clean clothes. I soon realized it had been touched up with a lot of paint, which became sticky and then began peeling off.
After a lot of cleaning and scraping I got the bad paint off, and slowly the smell faded.
The dryer quit heating after 87 days, right before the 90 day «warranty» was up. They didn’t get back to me.
I’m currently looking for a used refrigerator, but I’ll be shopping elsewhere.
