PORTER RANCH, CA
I renovated all three of my bathrooms from HD Supply, where I bought most of my materials, tiles, toilets bath tubs, shower doors etc. They definitely, have the best prices, but you cannot expect a lot of customer service, or help loading stuff to your vehicle. But I will still recommend all of my friends and family doing a remodeling job to check them out before buying anything.

They have a really good selection of various products at this location and prices are way lower than other big name stores. I got a glass sliding door at almost half the cost, and then a bunch of other stuff I didn’t need but the prices were cheap so I talked myself into needing it.
Customer service was good. Girl at the counter went out of her way to guy in front of me. They offered to help me load the slider in the truck since I was alone. I have been back and will be back again for the great selection.

Wow! I did not know I can receive such bad service literally 2 min into the store! I asked one of the employees the simplest question and his response was a blank no! I felt so awkward because he responded «no» and looked away! I didn’t know wether to walk out or ask another employee so I just walked out! That was the first and last time I go to that location!!!

They miss-​priced a product and charged me incorrectly. They refused to honor the price that was advertised at their store. Management can care less about customer service. Seriously it was less than a $ 4 difference. Good customer service is honoring the listed price and not haggling over 4 dollars and honoring the price that they listed. Horrible customer service. Don’t think I passed an employee during the time I was there that wasn’t on their phone.

This HD had many more unique floor tiles than the other locations although a smaller selection. The customer service is excellent. I needed my order a few weeks later and they held all my stock for 3 weeks extra at no charge.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Everyone is condescending including the managers. Some people are sweet like Jessica and Sandra, but they still are laggy. We waited over 1hr 20min. for them to load us. They seemed to be doing it on purpose just because we questioned some of the products being damaged. You save a good penny but be ready to put up with bull all and give yourself some time you will definitely be waiting for them to help you. I called to talk to the main manager and he was never there of available.
I hope management sees this so they can fix this problem before its too late. I will definitely not return to this unless they get there stuff straight.
P. S. Check the merchandise because sometimes it its damaged.
