So I place an order online with payment. 20min pick up time. I time it to arrive perfectly but instead my order hadn’t even been started and at that time there was maybe 6 people eating and 2 in line. They start my order, don’t finish before starting two other orders so my food just sits on the counter. I end up waiting 25 minutes for my food to be prepared. And worst part getting home to cold food. THEWORSTCUSTOMERSERVICE I’VEEVERHADINSANFERNANDO! Let alone Chipotle.

Came here for lunch after getting a free burrito coupon in the mail. Inside is new and clean. The staff were nice and made my burrito to my liking. I had the chicken burrito. Parking is horrible at lunch and they try to cram too many cars in a small space to accommodate the other shops in the area. Nothing else to report. It’s Chipotle — land of fast food, fast-casual, Mexican. It fills you up.

No wonder this location has only 2 stars, they are so unorganized. First of all When a batch of ingredient is out thats the time they only call for more, a customer got the last serving of guacamole and when I was next she told me its going to take 7 more minutes. They are also slow at serving customers the reason why is because they are busy chatting and joking with their coworkers and forget that they’re at work. i work at a restaurant and what i was taught is that customer comes first before everything. On top of that when The batch of guac was done they didnt even inform me it was ready. POOR customer service NO of urgency at all.

The food is good! I get the vegetarian meal The vegetarian meal comes with avocado so do not let them Not put it on your meal if you order no meat. They tend to forget but other then that the service is well. The workers are cool people.

Didn’t know what to eat saw Chipotle didn’t have a line so stopped by ordered for my husband and myself an order to go, the workers were very efficient and organized making sure they kept restocking the food items in the trays at the front, they have signs about where their food comes from, and what nasty stuff it does not have, that was nice… they packed my food and I was on my way when I guess some of the food’s sauce plus the weight of 2 burrito bowls broke the paper bag and all my food ended on the sidewalk luckily 2 workers were walking out at the same time and offered me to go in and get more food, i was so embarrassed but they gave me my order for free. That was nice amd great customer service.

I always enjoy eating chipotle. I had chipotle today; the chicken was over cooked, burnt and char. I just stop eating my meal since I didn’t want to ingest hcas and pahs. I had no parking issues. There is convenient parking nearby. The food was hot and fresh. The staff were hard working and polite. I ordered the salad with chicken, rice and guacamole. Everything was tasty and fresh.

Fairly new Chipotle location that is clean and efficient. Plenty of parking at a nearby public parking lot. The inside could use some more seating, but it’s not bad. There is also outside seating. Employees were friendly, bathroom was clean and the food was fresh and tasty. 4 stars!

We’ve been working all day so all we wanted was to eat and relax. Ordered online since it’s super easy to just walk in and pick up your order. We got there and they weren’t even busy. Our bag was wrapped ready to go. Awesome! We got home and it was the wrong order! Ok? Maybe I did order the wrong thing. So I checked my receipt and the email confirmation they sent. Nope. I ordered a burrito and a bowl. Instead the gave me 2 chicken bowls. My fiancé loves the burrito & not a fan of chicken haha Called in just to bring it to the managers attention not wanting anything in return. Just a heads up to keep an eye on the orders. So it won’t happen. The cashier answered and asked to speak to the manager. He didn’t want the to answer and spoke through the cashier. Great management skills.

Friendly workers at this location! Used the BOGO promotion with a coworker. I’ve been to a lot of Chipotles. One of the locations in Pasadena is terrible. This one is great! Been here 4 – 5 times. Will be back many more times. The Burbank location is too crowded and has a bad parking situation.

Online ordering is recommended– not mandatory when you have 5 orders. Please remind your staff not to impose online ordering on customers. I’m aware of that feature thank you very much but I’m gonna do it because I want to, not because it’s an inconvenience for you to take my 5 orders.

It’s Chipotle so it should be the same everywhere you go. How foolish I was to think such a thing. This location is relatively new but not so new that they shouldn’t have worked out all the kinks by now. Also it’s an assembly line so there shouldn’t be that many kinks to begin with. First. The line was SO slow. I’ve been to some Chipotles that I’ve been in and out in less than 2 minutes. Once again, it’s an assembly line; shouldn’t be that hard Second. These people gave the smallest portions of food of any Chipotle I’ve been to. They were rationing food like we’re in depression era America. The pico de gallo he barely sprinkled on their like it was fairy dust. Even when I asked for extra lettuce he begrudgingly added more. Seriously dude? It’s lettuce. Finally the overall attitude of the staff was poor and very lackadaisical. The only person that showed relative interest or warmth towards the customer was the guy sweeping the floor when I walked in. He should probably be managing. Overall this is a lack in training and experience which can be easily remedied. I just hope they listen to us on Unilocal and actually make a change.

This I’d a new location and only about a mile from my house which I thought would be wonderful considering how much we love it. However; lord talk about STINGY! This is the 5th time and every time the portions get smaller. Today was the last time. The guy at the start of the food line hesitated to give the full spoon of rice in all 4 of my bowls… I stood there and asked him to put some more and even there he looked at me funny. I asked for one bowl with fajitas in it and it seemed that he was counting the freaking strips of bell peppers and onions! I couldn’t believe it, if it weren’t for the length of people behind me I would have stopped him and asked for a manager. Let’s not talk about how slow these people are. They are not properly trained or they like to slack off. Since one of the bowls was my dads he was wondering if I had gotten the smaller portion… Uhhhhh No! Really defeats the purpose and convenience of having a chipotle so close. I think I gave this location enough chances. The one in Encino is fast and the portions are what I always get at all other locations. This locations needs to step it up.

WORST Chipotle ever. These«workers» need some serious help with their assembly line. Probably the slowest line I have ever been in my life. They are so confused and just stand their staring at each other trying to figure out how to roll a burrito and constantly have to get a new tortilla. Management needs to come in and witness this and hopefully get a new assembly line. Take notes from the Chipotle in Hollywood they pump out food like no other. Can’t wait here any longer… Off to wing stop. *update* tried to go back… Again waited in the slowest line of my life. To top it off 2 of the workers cut in front of everyone in the line to get their own food and sat down and ate while we all stood in line and watched. Words cannot describe how unprofessional this place is

They take way too long to complete orders. Working in the food industry myself, I can say that they need better training on timing in calling for backup food. Plus, workers on the serving line should not be having small talk amongst themselves when the line keeps growing to the back door. They’re lucky people are addicted to Chipotle or else they would lose business… Hire better managers. The manager on duty(blonde girl) was prepping in the back and not once look back at the line or jump in to speed things up. 30 mins later, I am up next only to find they have run out of black beans and barbacoa. They couldn’t even tell me how long until the next batch would be available. Also I agree– chips are DAYSOLD, really STALE.

I love Chipotle and I’m so glad they opened so close to my house. The line was extremely long which is to be expected since they just opened. The food was great and the service was very friendly. The real issue was that they had 8 people working the counter and the first guy was so busy telling everyone else how to do their jobs that he was holding up the line. Not sure if its a training issue or not. The oters seemed to be doing fairly well. But hey this is their first week, Ill cut them some slack. Good to see them in this area.
