American Vision Windows

Spent $ 20k on windows last year. Loved the sales guy Brad. He’s relatable, he answers questions, he offers reality. A nice, no b.s. approach. A+.
The window install team was amazing. they worked fast, efficient and clean. It was weird having 10 guys running around your house doing their thing, but they transformed the place, answered questions… asked permissions, explained the process. rockstars! A++
There was a slight problem with one window screen and our door install. So i called to get someone back out. here’s where the fun began. the ‘office’ team sorta has their heads up their arses. i was a little miffed when i was told I would be scheduled on a «priority» basis — this after i had called three weeks prior and their guy didn’t bother to call me back and the woman on the phone didn’t have the facts in front of her. once i let her know that they team is well aware of our problem and the install was in MAY (i’m calling in August) she seemed a little more eager to help us — or get us to the right person to get us scheduled. prior to that– the folks who do call back don’t leave messages. it’s annoying. it’s like «call us back for the info» when they could have left a message for me, then I could leave them one answering the questions. Perhaps for other customers that’s too complex, so they prefer to play phone tag. dunno. time waster if you ask me. B
We ordered a door. it arrived after the windows. it’s beautiful. the install (by AVW) was jacked up ©, so they sent the manufacturer’s guys out to redo it (A+). so with the time spent, it was worth it. but wished we didn’t have to get someone out and get an attitude from the lady on the phone to get it done. C+
other than that, we’re overall satisfied. AVW knows their stuff. and our place looks amazing. Overall Rating: B

I had heard great things about American Vision Windows on KABC and they were right! Cybill came over and gave us an amazing presentation showing us the difference between standard, single pane retro-​fit windows vs. Anlin double pane energy performance windows. All I can say is WOW! She also did a demo with a high intensity heat lamp on the outside of windows and you could barely feel any warmth on the inside. It was an easy decision for us at that point. We ordered the Anlin, Del Mar with the sound package to be custom built for each of our upstairs bedrooms. They were done and ready to be installed within a couple of weeks. The installation guys were awesome too. They were very professional and cool. They helped me move a couple of heavy items, disassembled the mini blind frames, brought drop cloths and a shop vac. The windows were installed within 4 hours and everything cleaned up and put back perfectly. They even helped me shim up a loose mini blind from inside the mount. The windows are incredible. Right away we noticed a huge reduction of outside noise and no cold air seeping in anymore! Plus they improved the look of our home big time. The windows and installation came with a lifetime warranty. BTW, the price was just as impressive as the windows. We couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend American Vision Windows to anyone!
