Authentic mexican food. Every time I eat at Alicia’s, I feel like I’m eating at a small restaurant in Mexico.

Delicious authentic Mexican food! I’ve gotten Birria, menudo, and chilaquiles and let me tell you, good flavor and good quality of food. The restaurant is ok but really clean. The service is great feels like I’m at a family party! :)

I’ve been coming here for over 5 years and they always seem to satisfy me. Home made tortillas, just the right amount of spice, and by far the best home-made flavor you look for in Mexican food. I recently tried their enchiladas and I’m in love!

Good food and service. The place is small and kinda a hole in the wall, but the good is good. We had the caldo de res, taco de asada and a taco of birria with rice and beans. The rice and beans were excellent.

Tried the Caldo de Res, beef soup. Very tender and yummy. Love it. Lots of chunky meat. Comes with sides of rice, fresh chopped cilantro, onions and salsa. The salsa wasn’t spicy enough for me tbough. Overall. Love the food. Atmosphere wise, a plain un decorated restaurant similar to street side restaurants in latin America region. The restaurant has an «A» city health food service inspection rating.

The one thing that sold me to this place… The tortillas are made by hand! There is a difference between store-bought and handmade tortillas and handmade is the best tortilla you can have! Their menu is decent, specializing in cuisine from Apatzingan, Michoacán and they make it really good. My only criticism of this place is that although I ordered Chile Rojo and it was really good, they didn’t put enough beef so I ended up with a pool of the Chile Rojo sauce on my plate. Other than that, great place and great food.
