I unfortunately have to agree with the first review. Terrible customer service. Takes forever to get anything done, if it gets done at all. I regrettably used this guy for my sign and I’ve been trying for months to get him to finish it. MONTHS! And it’s still not done. Definitely do NOT recommend.

I used these guys for my bakery lighbox sign, and they were extremely unprofessional, tardy, and had very poor communication regarding the sign. It came out incorrect proportions, and incorrect colors, and was 2 weeks delayed being installed. When they finally re-​did it to appropriate size, you could see where they scraped the old letters off and placed new ones over it– very tacky.
On the first installation they also forgot to place a bracket on one side, so in the first big wind storm the sign came straight off the store! They refused to take responsibility for the sign damage, would not offer a discount for a new sign (even though it was just 6 months since we purchased the first one) and when we finally settled a price and a date for them to install a new sign, just stopped responding to emails and did not show up for our appointments.
DO NOT USE THEM, THEY ARE SHADY, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND THEIR WORK IS AS BAD AS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! TAKE OUR WORD FOR IT AND SPEND YOUR VALUABLE MONEY AND TIME ELSEWHERE!!!
