This review is to the manager. I live down the street and always return to this location, however going forward from today I will no longer be a returning customer. I went there with my fiancé to grab dinner for our family. We were about to pay when comments such as «I don’t want to charge them, you charge them» and. «Ugh, I wish they would stop coming, I’m tired and want to go home» from an employee named Evelyn to another employee were said. This is very unprofessional, from someone who works in customer service, I would never treat or say such things especially in front of customers! To the manager/owner: I hope you take actions regarding such unprofessional behavior while working. This was a horrible experience. To returning customers: I suggest going to some other panda, where employees will actually be nice and professional

Food is great. You can never get enought of the orange chicken. The staff member Griselda is hella rude though. This spot has been our go to orange chicken spot for years and I’m surprised she is also still here. My complaint is her is her attitude. She treats people like they are stupid and gets sassy when you talk back humanly. Chow meins the best. I recommend when shes not here :)

The staff here are racists and very unprofessional. They were rude, obnoxious, aggressive and not engaging at all. I guess in an area where it is mostly latinos this is the treatment you receive. They want your money, but refuse to provide great customer service that they are getting paid for. I refuse to ever support your North Hills location again!

$ 16 for two bowls &1 order of rangoons. No drinks. This place is crazy expensive considering the shit food they serve. They counted 5 tiny spare ribs for my friends bowl, good job Panda. Considering how cheap it costs to make everything this shouldn’t cost more than $ 9 for what I ordered.

Came in excited to have a meal from panda since it had been while since I’ve last visited. Very disappointed. I come in ready to order two meals and there was literally no entrees in the containers. Everything I asked for the cool had to make. I’ve currently been waiting 10 minutes for my food when this is supposed to be a very quick in and out process. I just don’t think it’s fair or right to come into a food place with no food. I’ve seen a couple other people having to wait as well. This was not a good visit at all and I doubt I will be coming back.

This visit wasn’t as good as the first time. I enclosed a picture of the beef that has been sitting there. This is what I mean, when product is left in a pan for a while. See photo. They wanted to serve me this this. Yea right. I didn’t have to say another word. She could see it in my eyes.

Ate at Panda Express at 4:30pm. By 3:00 am, I was nauseated and began throwing up, with classic food poisoning symptoms. Two days later, my voice is still recovering and am in discomfort from the violent vomiting episode. I suspect that some chicken was undercooked. Very disappointed as this is a clean place and the staff is friendly. Plus I’m a regular customer.

This has got to be the best service I have ever had from this Panda Express. Everyone was so nice and efficient. And the cashier even smiled at me as he gave me my food which absolutely made my night. Good job store #1045!!!

This was a very nice Panda Express. Plenty of parking, clean restaurant with plenty of seats, and the food was constantly coming out and very fresh. The vegetables are nice and crisp which is how I prefer them. The service was fast and prompt. The staff were very nice and offered samples. It’s location is decent and located in a big shopping center. The restaurant itself is big, too. They have many items to choose from and most dishes were always filled. If I’m in the neighborhood again, I’d definitely come here for a quick lunch. The soda is also very carbonated.

Every time I come here this place is clean, the food is fresh(or they make it) and the staff is friendly and helpful. I give it high ratings because I’ve gone into other Panda Express’ especially near closing time, and the food is NOT fresh and the staff is not friendly. So I give this one high marks.

The lady serving me had a frown on her face and was not very friendly. I ordered chow mein/white rice, honey walnut shrimp, and orange chicken. Panda Express usually gives good size portions, but this lady gave very tiny portions; the shrimp and chicken were both really chewy and stale. Perhaps because they give small portions the food turn around is a lot longer and, in turn, the food sits in the heated plate a lot longer; this causes the food to not be as fresh. They would do a lot better if they gave better portions and fresher food. I do not feel satisfied. Perhaps they had a bad day and I went there at a bad time???

I see that the other reviews on here are mixed. But for me, this location is awesome and you would say that too if you’ve eaten at the location down the street(see past review). That one is ghetto, this one is nice. My meal was delicious and what’s unusual about this location is that they make their fried rice with brown rice, or at least they did the day I went there. I actually liked it that way. It made the rice have an almost authentic taste and the texture wasn’t dry. Whether you eat Panda here or in Compton, their portion size should be a given. The employees are trained to serve you as minimal of a portion as they can(have a friend who used to work for them). So expect that when you go there. That’s just the way it is. I agree. It sucks. We pay full price so why can’t we get a full serving right? Al though, I have to say that I was shocked when I asked the girl for a sample of the new tangy jumbo shrimp. She cut that sucka in half!!! I was like WTF! Can you be that cheap???

Give you very little chow mein. Most of it ends up being vegetables. However everything else there is good and fresh. They get you in and out real quick too. Don’t feel right giving it five stars since it is just panda.

Friendly staff, line moves quickly even when it gets crowded. They are never pissy about making you a fresh batch of something like I have experienced at other locations.

My Beijing Beef was overcooked and tough to chew with the Orange Chicken only slightly helping to recover this lunch. Fried rice and chow main were standard but I’m paying for the proteins here people.
