I’ve been coming here since I was really young, and I love well-done steak fries with extra seasoning! The service is usually hit or miss at this location, but it does seem like we are having poor service more often. The portions are good, but the food’s not as good as it used to be.

Our server was friendly. However, the food was of poor quality. We ordered chips and salsa and the chips were stale. The poco de gallo tasted like it had been sitting in the fridge — it was not fresh. The fries that came with my burger were not drained properly and left a pool of oil on my plate. And now, I have a stomachache. The two stars are for the server’s service.

Normally I have a good experience here but today was pretty bad. Ordered a Coke and it came out flat, ordered another and still flat. Ordered the Banzai burger with no tomato and it came out without any pineapple or teriyaki sauce. Thankfully the manager on duty was nice enough to check the soda machine and gave us a discount. Server was decent and nice but didn’t make up for the cruddy food and drinks.

I haven’t been to a Red Robin in a few years, we just ordered food to go. Well we got one of the orders, they forgot the other. It was terrible, cold, under and over cooked.

Just walked in and it was empty. Nobody was in the front to greet us. Waited for 5 minutes and no one came out so we left and went across the street to Applebee’s.

Red Robin has been a favorite of mine since childhood. Their mile high mud pie is amazing, of course, and their burgers are legendary. But what finally prompted me to write a review is their Garden Burger. I recently decided to go back to a vegetarian diet, but my husband and I had already made dinner plans with friends at… a burger place, Red Robin. I’ve had bad veggie burgers in the past, so I prepared myself and ordered the Garden Burger with cheddar cheese, and sweet potato fries. The texture and taste was incredible! I ate every last bite and loved it! The spices they used had a nice kick and I could barely tell that I was eating a healthier option. If you’re a vegetarian, or even if you’re not, the Garden Burger is amazing! That will definitely be a repeat order for me!

Great service, easy location to drop in, just off of the freeway. This location seems better managed then others. It’s clean, organized and well staffed. The buzzard wings are always good. You have a choice between chips, fries or something like celery if you are avoiding carbs.

This place in beyond disgusting and overpriced! Their so called gourmet burgers are a big fat disappointment, and don’t even get me started on their steak fries, ugh. gross! Never coming back. For this amount of I expected so much more.

Awesome service here! Went in for my birthday and had a great lunch. waiter was super helpful and knew a lot about beer when helping me pick my choice. We were seated in no time which was awesome on a Sunday afternoon. I’d highly recommend coming back to red robin !!

I’ve giving three stars which is pretty low because of the garlic fries being flavor full and some of the other exotic appetizers. Drinks are pretty pricey and the burger this time was dry and had no flavor. This is a surprise being that I have always rated Red Robin as a four or five star because of their juicy, flavor filled burgers. The service has also started to go down hill a little bit. It might be because it was packed when I went their but there were times when we did not get any attention for about 15 – 20 minutes. I won’t be back any time soon.

When I walked in, I was told there’d be a 10 mins wait. Then I watched them tell everyone the same. However, the real wait began AFTER I got the table. No server for quite a while. The«call server» option on the Ziosk tablet they put on your table? Don’t bother because my server just walked right past several times. The food is good… decent, nothing spectacular, but I was not expecting spectacular in a chain restaurant anyway. So I was ok with the food. Onion rings substitute was great! I tried their smoke and pepper burger — not tasting much smoke nor pepper, but it tasted ok. Just the service is slow. So 3 stars. While I am typing this, my server came by and for the first time she showed efficiency because she wanted to know how I’d like to pay! I heard her doing the same with table behind,“So how’d you like to pay… I know you are still eating…” Wow, really? Service NEEDS work!

Well me and the family got there about 8:30 pm almost no customers a few other families. We got seated right away but when we got seated no one came to take our drink order nothing waited about 30 minutes and nothing. We saw waiter after waiter at least like 4 guys and like 5 waitresses and no one approached us we had to flag some one down so tried we were completely ignored by 3 people until one gentlemen named Tony finally saw us as he was just passing by he took our order and everything for him I give 5 stars for everyone else no stars. Oh by the way did I mentioned that they changed the tv channel like 5 times right above us and still didn’t even bother to look at us bad service. Never going again but if some one decides to go see tony nice guy.

Visited here on a Sunday evening and was pleasantly surprised to find the wait was only 10 minutes. We were seated promptly and asked for our drink order just as quickly. Which I was really thankful for, by the way, since I was on the verge of dying of thirst! I asked our waitress for the different types of lemonade, and she mentioned peach, so I went with that. When my drink came, it was actually peach tea, so I asked for a freckled lemonade instead(even though I drank the entire peach tea). I REALLY appreciated that the waitress later took off the charge for the peach tea because of the mistake(without me having to ask for it or anything). The service was exceptional this time around. Managers came by frequently to make sure we were doing ok. I was thoroughly impressed. The food was satisfying as well. I wouldn’t call it exceptional, but it was good for Red Robin. I ordered the BBQ Burger … I think they call it the Whisky Burger. It did the trick. Overall, my visit did not generate a single complaint! Would definitely come here again when I feel like saying«I don’t care, I don’t care, I do what I want body.» *Cartman Voice*

A-OK! I usually avoid these chain places like the plague, but Lucky Elephant’s kitchen closed, we were starved and tipsy, and had walked a long way, so I agreed to eat here. I figured they would have a salad that wouldn’t offend. There is a bar area to sit, which I prefer. There are several TVs to watch hockey, etc. When I asked my usual, «Do you have gluten free burger buns,» with the expectation of the usual negative answer, I was surprised with a YES response. Yay! They are also willing to do the burger medium. I prefer medium-rare, but this is better than the requirement of medium-well at the coffee place across the way. So I was in. I liked that you could really customize your burger however you like. They have two kinds of veggie patties, several types of bread, and myriad toppings, sauces, and cheeses. Even the choice of iceberg or green leaf lettuce. I topped my burger with a fried egg and bacon and got endless fries. How can endless fries be bad? Actually, I guess that is very bad. They are not the best fries in my book, but they are endless, and not soggy. I will eat them. I actually was willing to go back to eat here a second time. I ordered the soup and sandwich combo. The clam chowder is gluten free and tasty, and the BLTA croissant was good. I switched out the croissant for the gluten-free burger bun. They had a whole lot of slimy, processed turkey sandwich meat in the BLTA, I’m not sure why, so I removed it. Service was quite slow the second time I was there. But it was good the first time, so maybe it’s hit and miss. A lot of fried foods with wheat batters and coatings on the appetizer menu, but the gluten-free bun gives you the options of all the sandwiches and burgers, so that is a good thing.

Since their remodel, it’s been awesome! Chalkboards to take to your table and play with your friends. They use the ziosk now so you don’t have to wait for a check! Just pay when you’re done and you’re outta there! Food is great, service is good — no complaints!

Went on Veterans Day. Not as bad as I thought it would be. I had the big tavern burger with bottomless fries. My rewards card had a free burger on it. No complaints Had the gingerbread jack drink, with caramel on the rim. Not my type of drink, but by the end of it, my tastebuds adapted. Burger was tasty and service was great.

Definitely NOT going back. Waited for a table standing for 10 minutes. A person was looking through the menu. The hostess could not multi-task at all. Waited… Waited… Finally! About 15 minutes later, she seated us to a table by walking through bunch of empty seats. Sat down and waited, waited, waited… Finally the waitress who decided that she should start working instead of having a chat with her co-worker about her weekend plan. Ordered drinks and waited and waited… Finally she came back… Ordered appetizer and soup, then Entrees. Waited and waited and waited… Oh wow! Everything came out at once. The soup was cold… Appetizer was hard… Food… SUCKED! Yep… Should not have even consider to give it a chance… If absolutely wants to eat food from Red Robin, West Covina one is better than this one.

I’ve been to this location twice. Once cause I wanted to, twice cause I was wanting to use the complimentary gift card the manager gave me during my last visit. First trip: the waitress took about 12 minutes to greet my friend and I. We were catching up so we didn’t mind. She brought us drinks, dropped our food and that was it. No refills, no check ins, nothing. I had to flag down the bus boy for a knife to cut my grilled romaine with, cause let’s face it– I’m not a savage and I use utensils. I was slightly annoyed watching our waitress chit chat in the side station, but like I said, I was catching up with a friend. 45 minutes passed since she dropped our food and still no sign of her around. I asked another server for the manager. She was apologetic at face value and gave me a gift card to come back. Second trip: our waitress was slightly more attentive, but I feel like the corporate training program is what their problem is. All the servers appear to lack personality, attentiveness, assertiveness, and an attitude that would be conducive to working in hospitality. From my observations, the tablet at the end of the table is supposed to substitute a human being, and their agenda is to just turn as many tables as possible. Not my kind of place. Paid my bill with the tablet to find that the manager had given me $ 10 on a gift card, which didn’t even cover my whole lunch my first crappy trip. No server around to thank or bid adieu, just the tablet. This is the ol’ corporate experience I will not be returning to. Ever.
