This location is run very well. Short check out lines, clean, and organized shelves. Harbor Freight is one of my go to places for almost everything around the house and in my shop (M Motors on Plum). Always bring a 20% off coupon with you.
but remember… if your life or income depends on it, dont buy it at Harbor Freight

So, HF doesn’t have the best track record when it comes to quality and durability, but for the price, their stuff is more than acceptable. If you’re looking for tools to ABUSE for years to come, you might want to look elsewhere, but most of the tools that I’ve bought here have saved me money and kept up to what I’ve thrown at them.
Always shop with a coupon, they always have a 20% off floating around.

Me and my fiancée came in here and had bought some tools yesterday. Well today we went to Costco and found a waaaay better deal at Costco for more then half the price! So we came here to do a return and to be honest the customer service is HORRIBLE. Even the manager Maggie has TERRIBLE customer service skills. she has an attitude and is really unprofessional! Even when we got rung up yesterday she was having a full on conversation with the cashier not letting her focus. So disappointed this place just opened and the staff they hired is less then friendly especially the store manager Maggie. Never returning to this location I would much rather take a longer drive and receive better service!
