They actually caused $ 200 damage on my property and did not offer to reimburse, and never returned my calls. The lady that answers the phone needs customers service lessons.
Extremely displeased, will never use them again.

I thought we had termites and called Gaston and Joshua came to our house to inspect. He went through the house and attic and outside and came back and said we do not have termites. We had them but there was no evidence of live termites. This was a terrific encounter with an honest person in the pest control world. I would recommend this company to any and all

Incredible prompt service! Love when a company gives you an appt time instead of an appt window. The inspectors showed up right on time, he was very professional, thorough and informative! I will definitely use this company in the future and refer others in the future if needed

Met with Joshua from Gaston Termite and Pest Control. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He arrived on time and even called to see if it was okay to show up early. They completed a thorough walkthrough of my home inside and out, including the attic in which he crawled and checked. Gave me a one year guarantee on the Termite and also I had them complete a pest control spray. Great people and customer service friendly. Highly recommend them. Thanks!

I was told the company was sold a few months ago. I got a decent bid from a knowledgeable and informative man. All seemed fine, until the just before the tenting. They fouled up delivering paperwork and bags, office manager was verbally defensive. Our scheduled time was between 8 – 11, called at 10:50 to be told they would be late, as office manager was confused. (They showed up on time.) No apologies for not returning phone calls, «I would have returned the call if I thought it was important.» Time for a review course in customer service!
