This is the worst service I believe I was over charged and upon asking for my receipt the women told me they didn’t know where it went and she couldn’t print another one. They tried to hand me ice cream that I didn’t order, and when I told her that she threw it away and didn’t say anything. So that made me ask for my receipt I told her I wanted to know what she had charged me for, and she said they can’t print it again. I said well there should be a way you can show me what you charged me for. She said no, threw 30 cents at me and said that’s what I owe you and told me to leave and never come back. This was my first visit to a DQ and it will be my last.

So irritated. Nice young for working by herself, several people ahead of me, which is ok, I understood. I ordered a snack/kids size Reece’s peanutbutter cup blizzard WITH extra Reece’s, which costs more, rightfully so. 15 minutes later I get it and get in my car to go, when I take a bite I notice there really isn’t much Reece’s. So I pull over. Not only is here not extra, maybe they ran out, because there is a little chocolate but not peanutbutter at all. So annoying. Be honest if you mess up, don’t hand me the product I didn’t pay for. Mistakes happen, but don’t cover it up. I call to let them know and they say they were busy and messed up. I won’t be back.

Beware. Terrible service. The cashier with thick drawn on eyebrows is very rude. She was hanging out with her friends at the table and was very rude when customers came in. I watched her snatch a guys card from his hand and slam the receipt down with a pen on top. She looked the customers up and down with a disgusted look on her face. She yelled the orders out with a nasty tone in her voice. Where was the manager at? Why is the employee getting mad at customers that she cant hang out with her friends while she is in the clock? Tonight wasnt the first time shes acted stuck up and rude. I wont be returning.

The employees at this store were obviously enjoying their night but had no regard for the customers in the store. They kept yelling«woot, woot, shout out to my nigg**, woot, woot». I also heard one employee whisper«lick my a$$hole» from behind the blizzard machine. You can’t make this stuff up. Blizzard was tasty but the atmosphere and unprofessionalism definitely made an impression.

Literally the worst ice cream outing experience ever. Rude employees, extremely rude owner. Had a very unnecessary debate about a gift card. Then my daughter was handed her milkshake by the employee and before she even had her first sip dropped it on accident. The owner came out after I ask someone if they had something to clean up the mess, she looked and me and asked would you like me to make another one? I looked at the almost empty cup and said yes please. She said of course you know I’ll have to charge you for it. Wow. Just wow. First And Last DQ in San dimas experience. Happy New Years to you too DQ, I’m sure with that kind of service you’ll have a thriving prosperous 2016… or Not

Horrible. I love dairy queen but dislike this location. They seriously need to have more employees working on weekends and holidays. Came on Memorial day and the place was packed(as expected) and only 2 people were working. The same scenario occurred a few weeks earlier as well. So there’s enormous lines, the owner’s grumpy, and they are forgetting/skipping orders. I waited at least 20 to 30 minutes for a moolatte and a blizzard. Ridiculous. They had a lot of people walk out. And didn’t take some orders for a good 10 minutes. I almost asked for a refund. Don’t come on weekend nights and don’t expect a smiling face. The young guy working was nice but still not enough for people to come back. I may come back for convenience because it’s close to home but not because of service or speed.

Showed up at this location at 9 pm. The Internet said they were open until 10, but the hours on the door said they were open until 11 pm. When we walked up, the sign said«sorry we’re closed» but the door was open. We walked in and asked if they were closed and they said yes. When asked why they were closed we were told«because we have stuff to do.» Really?? I will never stop at that location ever again.

If I could I would have given this place 1 star. However, not an option. So in this case they get a pity star.: throws a star: I have lost all hope in this establishment that labels themselves as a Dairy Queen. I have been here 5 times and every single time they are out of chocolate sprinkles. How do you call yourself a ice cream place but not have chocolate sprinkles! Insanity! It doesn’t help that the manager is rude and gives terrible service. I have never been to a Dairy Queen who gives such terrible service. I will not be giving this location my business. Save your three dollars. My mind has been blown.

pity star for this Dairy Queen. My brother is obsessed with chocolate sprinkles. I guess they never have chocolate sprinkles, so we called ahead to ask and they confirmed they had the elusive sprinkles. We arrived not ten minutes later, requested a cone with said sprinkles, and the associate informed us matter-of-factly with zero shame that they do not have them. Aren’t chocolate sprinkles an ice cream establishment standard? Staff was Snapchatting and totally clueless. Interior ceiling was lined with holiday twinkle lights covered up by 4th of July ribbon. Will not be returning to see what ugly Halloween décor will be used to mask them.

It’s DQ so the taste is the same as every location. Good on a hot day. The big difference is the service is someone the worst I’ve ever seen. We come here because it’s convenient but it always takes about 15 – 30 minutes to get what we’ve ordered. The same lady is there each time so I’m assuming she’s the owner/manager. She needs to learn to hire more friendly and fast-working employees. If there was another soft serve place closer this place would surely be out of business.

The Julius machine is busted. The check in deal doesn’t work. The girl didn’t know how to enter the deal and asked her manager. The manger said they don’t have a scanner so they can’t. So why have it on Unilocal?There isn’t a way to tell the machine to discount 10%? Math is hard.

I ordered an ice cream cake for my husband’s birthday. When I went to pick up the cake, I happened to mention I was taking the cake down to Riverside. The owner went out of her way to make sure the cake got there before it melted. She packed the ice chest full of ice and then had her helper load the ice chest into the car for me. The cake made it intact and everyone raved about how good the cookie dough cake was. Thank you Dairy Queen for making my husband’s birthday extra special!

@DairyQueen we were so excited to get the new @JurassicPark blizzard cup. When we went to the San Dimas location to get one, the cashier said we had to order the Jurassic smash flavor to get the cup. Although neither of us are big fans of peanut butter we went ahead and ordered it just for the awesome Dino cups. When we received our blizzards they were in normal cups. We immediately asked for our Jurassic cups but the server said it doesn’t matter what cup we get, but that was the whole reason we ordered it. So my wife brought it up to the cashier and she rolled her eyes and walked away and would not give us a cup. Thanks @DairyQueen San Dimas for the worst service at any @DairyQueen I have ever received.

@Ociana, truffle is chocolate… anyway service wasn’t too bad. staffed by three people when i went in as far as i could tell. cashier seemed inexperienced. I don’t get why everyone’s making a big deal if they smile or not. they didn’t treat me with disrespect and i got what i ordered in under five minutes… Butterfinger blizzard is actually really good. i was skeptical but i guess the girlfriend is always right… cookie dough brownie or whatever wasn’t so great… too many brownie and cookie dough pieces… I prefer more ice cream than toppings but i digress.

Hello What a scam, the owner is BS’ing us saying she had no clue, and she is the owner of the San Dimas DQ, they said the best they can do is a buy one get one free. So disappointed, will never go back, this is after our last and only visit back since we had gone on a night where they didn’t have ice cream, cmon really, the manager /owner was a lady with short hair and didn’t have a name tag on, was rude and flustered with the rush of business she was blessed to get… Terrible business practices!!!

Aside from the service being so blunt, the ice cream is just what we(boyfriend & I) were craving! Cashiers are so serious. They didn’t smile, they didn’t say hello, thank you, you’re welcome. To me that’s just plain blunt. Cats got their tongues.
