My family and I love this it here. The food is always fresh and tasty. The only reservation I have personally is with the chow mein. But here you will have the best orange chicken ever! War wonton soup is always the BOMB!!! oh and customer service is exceptionally good!!!

Over priced, poor service and worst food ever. We could only stomach the popstickers and egg rolls! Everything else smelled similar to dish soup. Will not return.

I love this place, whether we are eating there or taking out. If I am with my parents, we get the house chow mien, Kung pao chicken, Mongolian beef, and shrimp with veggies. If I am with my boyfriend we get the house chow mien, Mongolian beef, chicken fried rice… everything is soooo delicious. Fast service… and friendly…

We ordered take out on the advice of a friend and I went to pick up our 65.00 dollar order for 5. My family absolutely loves Chinese food and we were hungry. We were so disappointed with everything we had ordered. Food was dry especially the chow mein. The food was super greasy. 90% of the food went in the trash. Needless to say we will not be back. We had cereal instead.

The following comments are RIDICULOUS: «2.0 star rating 3÷31÷2016 The food was ok, and the waitress was rude. I order to go and when my food was ready she just left it on top a table which was not near me, I waited to see if maybe she was getting something else, nope she just started attending other customers. Waited like 5 to 7 minutes before I decide to walk across the restaurant and grab my food. She never said anything or acknowledge me. ===================== I’ve been a customer at the Chopsticks House along with my family, associates, business partners and out of town guests for many years… the food and service here is fresh and MAGNIFICENT… The servers are very caring, submit my order in a timely manner without any degree of rude behavior and it arrives fresh and VERY tasty! I look forward to each and every visit! Richard T.

First time here. Heard some good things about this place from locals. Ordered the Sampler to start which consisted of egg rolls, crab meat with cheese won tons, and fried shrimp. Very good, not greasy at all. I wanted to try their orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. Very tasty. We ordered to go and the portions weren’t very big at all. But I am also use to walking into those fast food Chinese places that pile on heaping spoons of chicken and noodles, so I shouldn’t always expect that. This isn’t what you would consider fast food. Everything taste fresh. We also had the chicken fried rice and vegetable chow mein which was very good. Not too heavy. Place was clean which is always a plus. Oh and they were very nice to offer us egg rolls on the house for our wait. It was a little longer of a wait then expected, but they were very friendly and the gesture got me writing this review today.

Excellent customer service. The owner is usually here and he cares about his customers. my family and i love coming here. the prices are good and I feel like we get our moneys worth. Some of our favorites are the pungent beef, orange chicken, and the hot and sour soup. Food comes VERY fast. As soon as you start coming here on a regular basis, the owner throws in free cookies. I love little treats like this, a simple way of showing he appreciates your business.

Oh. My goodness. Had this scroll through my feed a while back, and finally got around to trying it. To those who are semi-familiar with the area, it is at the very back of the shopping center as you turn in off of Arrow Hwy. Let’s see… Service: 5 stars. Did their job, efficiently. Speed of service: 6 stars. From ordering to having the food at my table was about 5 minutes, or maybe a little less. Quality of food: 6 stars. Not only was it served fast, it was piping hot and tasty. Value of food: 5 stars. Broccoli Beef lunch special, 2 egg rolls, soup, and soda, for $ 12.50? It’s hard to find this quality at this value. I have my new Chinese food place.

Guaranteed to get fresh food. They cook it after you order it. The owner or manager was very nice to take his time and explain what’s on the menu. He even showed me the plate sizes, and sample foods, so I have an idea how my dish would look. My order was to go, so after I ordered and paid, I sat down to wait. Shortly after, he even bought me a sample of their house special. Super impressed!!! :) The restaurant was very clean.

The food had zero flavor. We ordered egg flower soup and I asked for noodles or wontons to flavor it and they didn’t have any but the employee was nice enough to make some. The egg soup tasted like hot water and that’s it. I also had a side of chicken chow mein and that had no flavor either. I dipped the fried noodles in their sweet and sour sauce and it was like nothing had flavor. Before I left I checked the bag and they didn’t include utensils so I made sure to ask for some… It was a waste of $ 15 for two soups and some chow mein.

Growing up I had a neighbor who was obsessed with this place. He could go on and on about this restaurant. Now I know why… We peek inside thinking it’s closed… nope just nice dim lighting! Perfect for people with light sensitivity issues like we enter the waiter instantly greets us with such joy! That is always a good sign! We sit down and order our drinks. We browse over the menu, and I’m not going to lie. I’m extremely frugal so as usual I go to the lunch special section. To my surprise they have some knee slapping hot deals!!! Extremely competitive to the restaurants nearby! I order the orange chicken and substitute the steamed rice for brown fried rice! Yum!!! I also ordered hot and sour soup. The owner himself comes over and gives our entire family a cup of Soup! For free! That’s good customer service! I also ordered the crab ragoons and boy am I glad I did. Crunchy outside filled with crab, meaty, creamy deliciousness. How am I still alive?! They were rather small but the price was right and it was just the perfect amount for this petite miss. My orange chicken comes out… first bite was a bit sweet, however rather delicious! Some people may like it others won’t, but it’s worth a try!!! After that I take a bite of this delightful fried brown rice. So light yet so flavorful. The kind of rice that doesn’t make you feel guilty but it’s so delicious that you can’t help but to inhale it non stop. The orange flavor lingered across the bed of my lightly tanned fried rice. I think that was the best part of my meal. The fusion of two delicious creations becoming one in my mouth. My Momma taught me better than to lick my plate. But I’d be lying if I didn’t say it crossed my mind. Please, do yourself a favor and head down and enjoy the Zen ambience of delicious feel good food. You won’t regret it.

I tried to give this place a second chance, so I ordered Kung Pao Chicken. Unfortunately, it lacked the Pao. It was mild/bland at best. The last time that I came here was on June 22nd. Unfortunately, they had ran out of rice that time. A Chinese restaurant with no rice or pao.

I’ve been to Chopsticks many times, and it’s always delicious. Everyone is very nice and pleasant. My favorites are the Buddha’s Feast, which is a bunch of sautéed vegetables, the Orange Chicken, and the Chicken Fried Rice. Their fried rice is uh-mazing! So yummy! I’m always sad when it’s all gone. Haven’t tried their noodle dishes, but maybe in the future I will. It’s a great local business that deserves more popularity.

Been coming to this place since I was a kid. They have the best orange chicken around. There lunch specials are great, soup, and your meal. The get a 4 because they used to no slow you to substitute white rice for fried in the lunch specials and now they do after numerous colony’s and special treatment to others. There food is good, service is okay. I love the wonton soup and the egg rolls

Thank you Kayla O’Brien :) Chopstick House, San Dimas– please support this restaurant and their manager! Today, as I parked to do my shopping at Trader Joe’s, next-door, I watched the manager from Chopstick House bring a bag of food out to a homeless gentleman sitting on a bench out front. It was a simple gesture, but watching the exchange really touched me. The manager had no obligation to the man, yet he made the choice to gift him lunch. In addition, after I walked in to thank the manger for what he had done he was humble & gracious – A true class act. Although it’s been years since I’ve been a customer, I recall the food being good & I will be returning to support this local business. Feel free to do the same!
